I used bounce to leave my storage at INS and the service was exceptional. I am not from Toronto but the location was super convenient from Union Station and I trusted my luggage to be left here as soon as I had a conversation with the worker, super kind, friendly and trustworthy.

Today was my second time visiting and the two people working both remembered me. I’m new to the city so that was very warming. Both are so friendly and welcoming. I came back for the great snack selection but going forward I will not only be coming for the snacks but the interaction as well.Never been to any store like this before. Thank you for the great city seeing tips as well!

Yesterday, I visited the convenience store to purchase an energy drink. I am a frequent visitor to this store. As soon as I entered, I noticed a pile of around 15 luggages behind the counter. I had never seen this before in any of my past visits. Out of curiosity, I asked the gentleman behind the counter why there were so many luggages stored there. However, he reacted rudely and replied that it was none of my business. He even suggested that I wanted to review his accounting documents next, which I assumed was a joke and replied with one of my own. But he did not appreciate it, the experience was very strange and unpleasant. As someone mentioned in a previous review, there are several retailers in the area, most with a broader range of products. Therefore, it may be better to choose a different convenience store.

Completely rude. I came into the store after 4 today nov 16 2023. The owner was talking to somebody and I waited until he was finished talking to the other person. I asked a question about a western union and the owner abruptly said negative no and went right back to his conversation as if I am interrupting his conversation. Sir you ended your conversation . Disrespectful do better downtown Toronto .sincerely a New Yorker just visiting Toronto.whether if it’s a sales person or the owner he still represents the store , it’s not what you say it’s how u say it and that was just pretty rude .

Very clean store filled with everything I could possibly need. The owner and his wife were not only friendly and offered great recommendations but quite entertaining as well. Great experience, I will be back whenever visiting Toronto.

This place is run and owned by a disgusting human being. My father owned the convenience store across the road and was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2021. While he was getting chemotherapy and couldn’t run the store for the full hours of operation, the owner of this INS would print out signs telling people to come to the INS instead and sneakily hang them on our door every single morning before my mother could open the store after caring for my father. It takes a special type of filth to take advantage of someone dying of cancer. To the owner, I know you will read this and I hope it weighs on your conscience that you added to my family’s pain in the hardest moment of our lives. Shame on you.

I love this store! Such friendly workers especially the owner he’s just the best! I have stored my bag here for concerts using the app BOUNCE and they have always been so friendly and kind. They also have the cutest stickers ever, and a big selection of snacks and drinks.

Looked around on google for somewhere to store our bags while we were waiting to pick up a rental car after our flight so we could explore downtown Toronto a bit- found this convenience store through a service called Bounce. The guy working here was super personable, felt super safe. It was $12.99 per backpack, and 1000% worth it. On our last day in Toronto we left our bags a second time after we dropped off our car and had quite a few hours to kill. Definitely saved us on an unseasonably warm October day in YYZ.

I’ve been frequenting this INS now for the last id say 4 years. The owner told me he’s been in that spot for the last 20. Being in the service industry myself, don’t take these words lightly, there is no other business, not even just convenience stores, where I get the level of customer care and satisfaction, than from the service I get from the INS on university near front street. Day in and day out the owner makes sure the store is stocked, the people are taken care of, and that they leave with a smile on their face, you can truly see the hard-work and dedication. They also recently started a service where they’ll hold on to your bags or what not for however long of a period of time for a small holding fee! Ask about it, it’s saved me a few times now, and if you’re ever in town for a concert or a game, that’s definitely the play! Much respect to the owner, even if this INS is out of the way, I’ll inconvenience myself to go and get that quality service.

Came last night during a crazy rush. The owner and his wife were quick and efficient. Made some great recommendations (Kit Kat cookie dough is a must try ?) there was so many great options in the store - truly a one stop shop!! Even though it was busy they still made the effort to get to know me and my name, will definitely be back!! Most importantly - even though the store was busy, it was well stocked and clean

This place certainly came in handy last night. I thought Union station would have a locker but they didn't. Big inconvenience. I found this place and they watched my bag while I went to my concert and kept it safe. Cost me $12.99 plus tax but that was worth it to save and keep my Michael Kors purse safe. Plus they were open late so after concert I was able to pick up. Also the owner was great and has a great sense of humor which was great. He had me laughing both times I was there. Thank you bud!!
