iQ Offices at 150 King Street West is a shared office and coworking space in Toronto's absolute core at King and University. It is an incredible, insanely nice space in a beautiful, historic, restored bank featuring soaring contemporary design with exposed concrete ceilings and columns. The space spans over 37,000 square feet across 3 floors with 18-foot-high ceilings, two private landscaped outdoor terraces, and a large outdoor patio. It offers direct indoor access to the TTC Subway and PATH. The staff are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and warm. The space provides multiple coffee machines, free snacks, a variety of larger meeting rooms, and hosts fun social events. It is described as the best coworking space in the city with a great community vibe.

IQ Offices King St. is awesome! Jessie and Kris are always so kind and go out of their way to help. The kitchen is spotless, and Thursday Happy Hour is always a win. Overall, just a great place and a really positive experience.
