I had the misfortune to drop my Samsung A70 twice this year. But I also had the good fortune to discover iTech Studio in my Greektown neighborhood. First time around, Yong found me a replacement screen at a good price. Second time around, he found me an A56 at a great price. He is knowledgeable and super-helpful!

I had a bad experience at the phone repair company down the street from this location at 543 Danforth avenue . I needed someone to fix what they messed up and decided to walk over to this store. The man working there really helped me out! Fixed my screen gave me a great quality one for a much better price ! 10/10 service! If you’re in the area I highly suggest you stop by. They are HONEST and provide great service .

Strongly recommend. Friendly, speedy, and professional service. I went in to get my phone screen protector replaced, whilst I was there I found a high quality and reasonably priced case. Left as a very happy customer.

This store is a local gem! The owner is so kind and helpful, and has bent over backwards to help me out ( one time, I needed help opening a CD-Rom, and he so kindly helped me out on the store computer for free). It's so rare to find a tech store where the owner is genuinely kind and friendly. Love having this shop in Greektown and can't recommend them enough!

I recently brought in both my iPhone and laptop for repairs, and I had an absolutely outstanding experience. From start to finish, the service was honest, friendly and incredibly professional. Yong took the time to clearly explain the issue, offered fair pricing, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary-something that’s rare to find these days.
It’s clear iTech Studio takes real pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

The back of my phone screen was cracked, and I brought it in for repair. Yong was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. He even let me use their iMac so I could entertain myself while waiting for my phone to be fixed, which I really appreciated.
That said, I do hope that moving forward, the store opens at the time stated—12:00 PM—as consistency with store hours is important for customers planning their visits.

The first time I visited the shop, Yong helped me with my baby carriage and was attentive and kind. I appreciated the customer service so much that I came back to get my iPad screen repaired (I had been putting it off for a while). Again, he took extra care to replace the screen quickly to accommodate my baby's nap schedule. I found the value and professionalism to be superb!

I have been living in the Danforth area for almost 3 decades. I can constantly say to any customer that they will be treated with the most knowledgeable, friendly, and informative experience by the main employee there - named, YONG! This employee goes ‘above and beyond’ to make sure ANY customer is respected and cared for and remembers every detail (a bonus). I highly recommend iTech Studio for a plethora of technical needs and most, especially, the expertise and professionalism of Yong. If I could give more than five stars I would! Thank you, to iTech and Yong!

Had an iphone8 plus that started making grinding noises. Looked up DIY solutions online and was going to order tools to fix myself. Called iTech just to see what they could do and they quoted me $5 less than the cost of purchasing tools and $20 less than another repair shop down the street! I took it in and was there 10 min and it was done. Picked up EarPods while there. Will definitely go back!

I went in a couple weeks ago with what I thought was a cracked screen. Yong was super helpful in pointing out my screen wasn’t cracked and helped with putting on a new screen protector.
