Incredible car wash. The washes are consistent, affordable, and the service is great. I would highly recommend.
The wax, tire shine, clear coat protectant, and undercarriage wash are definitely worth it.
Thanks Alvin for being so welcoming and helpful everytime I show up. Couldn't ask for better service - along with the rest of the staff.

We have visited this car wash two days in a row, and the high-pressure water at the beginning of the wash is not working. Today I asked, and they said it will only be fixed next week. My concern is that we are paying for a full service, but we are not receiving the full service.
When I mentioned this at reception, the response was, “there’s plenty of water there,” which is not an appropriate way to handle the situation. As customers, we expect the equipment to work properly—or at least to be informed in advance if something is out of service—instead of only finding out when we complain.
Also, the initial high-pressure rinse is not a minor detail: if the car enters with dirt, skipping that step increases the risk of scratches on the paint. We explained this, and the answer was again that “each line has water,” which does not address the problem or show customer-oriented service.
This place has potential, but communication, transparency, and service quality need improvement, since the current experience does not match what is advertised as full service

I have been coming to Junction Car Wash for a few years now, and it's honestly one of the best valus around. The quality of the wash for the price is unbeatable. Their customer service is always friendly and efficient, and I really appreciate how quick the whole process is - hardly any waiting time even during busy hours. Their long and convenient opening hours make it super easy to fit a car wash into a busy schedule. Also, it's worth noting that they haven't raised their membership fees like so many others have - that consistency really shows they care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and well-run car wash! Even through the long Canadian winter, people are always complimenting how clean my car looks.

1st time going here this morning. Good car wash and very good strong vacumm. The only reason why i rated 3 star is because there was so much water on my car. The dryer doesn't dry properly.

Used their service for about 6 months. Brushes were too rough and lifted my rear windshield wiper off. Only once did they put any blue tape while my car went through the wash. I brought my car in for a wash most recently and the cap of my rear winshield wiper fully popped off.
Edit: cancelled my membership. Cancellation process was quick. Was not given compensation for part needed to be replaced.

I've been coming to this car wash for years and it is my favorite. It's fast and gets the job done. They always seem to be improving themselves with new options. I always get the Ceramic Works. I had to write a review because I noticed they got new vacuum cleaners. Super powerful with great suction and still free. Thank you so much for always trying to strive to be the best!

Undoubtedly, a great Carwash! I just went there and got a very clean car and most importantly, customer service was great.. every business needs the staff like this.
