Today I had the best experience at the Koodo kiosk, at Dufferin Mall. My rep Felix was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, with a new line, Sim card and all the bells and whistles.I super appreciate it. I will definitely be back for any of my phone cell service needs ?

The staff at this kiosk were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Manny was serving us and he helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond. Very pleased about this experience and my new phone!

Koodo will ruin your credit. Don’t even touch them with a 10 foot pole. They report you before the due date. I went back to Fido as soon as I found out Koodo reported me 6 times in the two years I was with them. Only company I’ve ever had late payments to on my credit report. That should tell you more about Koodo than it does about me. And they’ve called me multiple times to try and win me back! Ha!

I purchased two year contract for SA10 Samsung galaxy unfortunately they're over charging my phone bill additional two month price of one due to assuming airplane mode. I refuse to pay and will handle it if has to be by corperate office for better results and solutions without bad customers service and satisfaction!

Am very frustrated and disappointed in the way I was getting nowhere with a call back from koodo about why my bill increased. I got through to someone from the dufferin mall location who told me I should go online which I did several times leading to no solution. Koodo pls do better and allows customers to feel valued.

their online self serve allows you to activate a new sim card with and old phone, or vice versa; but not a new phone with a new sim card. My phone got stolen (both new, duh!) and I'm waiting for a callback to have my new phone and sim card activated. The next available time slot is in 2 days. But they will charge for service during the time.

Probably one of the biggest wastes of my time at a cell phone kiosk.I was told I would be getting two credits to wave my activation fee which didn't come through at all, I was told my plan wouldn't change yet it did. I called around other koodo shops to see if they have to sell the charger separately and some don't yet I was charged for it, I let them put the screen protector on and of course there's a bunch of little hairs and dust on the inside. A $40 screen protector and now I'm stuck with specs?Careful who swindles you folks.
