Super friendly, warm and exceptional service by Jose. Jose was very pleasant and assisted me with a smile the entire hour I spent choosing and trying clothing items. Could not be any happier with the service. Well done Lacoste for choosing such a great service team.

I visited this store today with my family. I was not aware of Eaton’s policy of closing all stores around 6-7 PM on Sunday and I was a little late but special thanks to the amazing ‘Ben’ and his team. They helped us even after the store was closed.Amazing team and hats off to Ben ✌?

Amazing customer service:) Talked to Ben on the phone for a shirt that was sold out many places, he did everything he could and I got it shipped to my house within 2 days.

I am a serious fan of Lacoste. This brand has done some very good branding focusing on athletes like Serena Williams, to conservation.Store is super friendly and currently offering a forty and fifty percent off discount! Don’t wait til it’s over, shop online or at my favourite location between classes.

Some associates here are good but the one I dealt with really soured my shopping experience. I spent several hundred dollars here but the short Asian associate was impatient and looked visibly annoyed the entire time. Not up to par with the service level a luxury brand should have.

The person didn’t let us know that the item on sale is final and cannot be returned. He said “I told you it’s exchange only” But both my husband and I didn’t hear that, and I am pretty sure he didn’t mention it when we checked out. Completely disappointed with the customer services and for the money I spend on Lacoste. Nobody informed us (properly) the return policy or tried to help. Bad customer services for an expensive item. And I don’t think 40% deserves a FINAL SALE ?♀️. Be aware.
