I had a dress that needed to be hemmed for a wedding that I didn’t have time to do because it came three days before we needed to leave for a wedding. I was initially impressed because they were able to accommodate my short turn around time and I didn’t have time to do it myself (I’m a professional costume designer). However that initial great first impression ended when I tried my dress on after pick up. There are raw edges, frays, and loose threads everywhere. For $125 after taxes, I would expect it to be clean work. Very frustrated as this was not a cheap dress and it was an expensive hem. I now have to stay up late and fix it myself since they made a complete mess of the hem.

I took a pair of pants in for a zipper replacement. The fee was very reasonable, the staff were very friendly, and my repair was completed very quickly. I’m very satisfied with the repair job and grateful for their help!

I’ve been bringing many of my dresses here and always end up spending extra time in the store pointing out stains myself, since they don’t bother checking.
Most recently, one of my dresses was returned with a large coffee stain still on it — yet I was charged for the cleaning. This dress was very important to me for my upcoming trip, and now, at the last minute, I’m left without a solution. When I called, I was simply told to bring it back after my vacation, showing no understanding that I was relying on this dress.
For the prices they charge, the quality and customer service are extremely disappointing
