The weekend manager on jan 10th came out of his office, when my partner and I were paying for our purchase. He came out abruptly and loud insinuating we took a bottle from the shelf. We acknowledged him, then said we put it back on the shelf when we chose another item. I told him to keep his voice down. That's when he escalated and said that was not on camera view and started being more aggressive. I had to walk him to the isle and show him it was there. Which it was. Instead of an apology, he started yelling and gaslighting saying that this would be on his report. I have never been so mortified.......

I talked to a store representative, and he couldn’t say whether parking was free for customers or not, and didn't make any effort to find it out!

Most of the staffs are nice but an old guy……
I don’t want to explain everything but his customer service is bad. He makes me feel uncomfortable many times. He can’t just cash customers out normally.

I had a disappointing experience at this LCBO location. When I asked the older man cashier at the corner counter for a bag, he handed it to me and told me to pack my items myself at the desk near the exit, then immediately focused on serving the next customer. This felt rude and dismissive, especially since I saw other counters packing items into bags and handing them over respectfully. Customer service should be consistent, and this experience made me feel unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location unless service improves.

Tonight around 6:45 PM, I was at this LCBO location. In general, the cashiers here are usually polite and professional, which I appreciate.
However, this evening I had an unpleasant experience with one cashier who was wearing a mask, making it difficult for me to hear what she was saying. I politely asked her to repeat herself, but her response felt unfriendly, and it seemed she assumed I did not understand English.
I found this interaction disappointing, as I believe all customers deserve patience and respectful communication. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service experiences in the future.

I’m not sure why I got ID’d even though I am almost 30 years old…which I didn’t think of bringing because well…I am almost 30 years old. I went back home and came back with my much needed ID, but I came across a more reasonable cashier who didn’t ask for it…rightfully so. Guys please keep it consistent. Felt like that was a bit personal….

I left a 1 star review 6 years ago think its overdue for a updated review.
Staff that works at this time are all great and friendly. Guess cause they see me a lot they are always so friendly.
Also want to show some love to Ethan for his great customer service. He greet me as soon as I entered, told me to ask if I need help, and cashed me out quick. Hopefully this review gets back to him to help motivate him to continue to be himself and can see him being successful with anything he decides to do with his life un the future
