Very disappointed. I picked a product based on the shelf price, but after paying, I saw I was charged twice as much. Staff admitted the price was wrong but offered no solution. It made me feel like my trust as a customer didn’t matter. Please fix this issue so it doesn’t happen to others.

I had a disappointing experience at this LCBO location. Before going to the cashier, I checked the price of a product on the shelf — it was clearly marked at a lower price. After paying, I noticed on the receipt that I was charged double the shelf price. When I asked about it, they told me the product had been changed, but they forgot to update the price on the shelf.
This is not acceptable — as customers, we rely on accurate pricing when making a purchase decision. I felt misled and frustrated. Mistakes happen, but this kind of pricing error should be taken seriously and corrected promptly. I hope the store improves its attention to detail and transparency.

Everytime I come to this store I receive the worst customer service!!! Especially from the old lady at cash who speaks very loudly. I am very disappointed in the service here, no one helps when asked, you can’t even ask them questions about what kind of wine to pair with different food because no one knows and they talk to you very degradingly, and also the cashiers are just plain rude. I will never be bringing my service here again and will definitely tell the people I know not to shop here. Highly upset with the service.
