Security could have definitely been a bit more subtle so we didn’t feel so watched but hey, he’s just doing his job. Besides that, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an LCBO. Jeff the manager went out of his way to help us, he was so helpful! He found us the best deals for everything we were buying & recommended a lot of things we otherwise wouldn’t have thought of.

Another LCBO, another racist encounter. This time I walked in made eye contact with the security guard, that didn’t stop him from chasing hid position so he could watch me while I shopped, the staff in response to a customer asking for an item (shots of some liquor) made it a point to say to the customer in my ear shot ‘we don’t have that people steal it all the time’ and then, right up until I was paying circled around me until I left the store. The racism is blatant and totally necessary and makes the shopping experience at LCBO consistently unpleasant.

There are many different types of wine and beer.
I came to the store to buy local beers in Toronto, and there were over 50 types of beer available, so I asked the store staff to help me choose eight.
Alcohol is not sold in regular supermarkets or convenience stores, so you will need to go to a specialty liquor store.

The only place where you can get alcohol in Ontario. Good distribution and classification. Alcohol in Canada is generally expensive

Well its an LCBO, so you will not find batteries in here. The place is nice, neat, well lit and clean.
