Me and my partner walked into the store hoping to purchase over $400+ worth of alcohol for our business. We were looking for specific types of wine for a special event that is to take place for the next day.We see that a man named Ken starts mopping floors and it's about 8pm. To help speed up the process of locating the wine needed, we decided to ask Ken who is one of the employees for help in locating them for us.Ken is at the front of the aisle, his back turned and has the mop down. I approach him and keep a safe distance and ask "excuse me, are you able to help us find a particular wine please?" He was very dismissive and pointed over to some aisle...not sure what aisle he mentioned, but then continued to mop. Now we are standing in the aisle and he continues to mop.At first we thought he was trying to hurry up to leave (keep in mind This is 1 hour away from closing time). He mops until he backs up deliberately into my partner and mutters something under his breathe. We were shocked by this ordeal especially after he did not apologize. We couldn't help to notice as other customers walked in who were white that he was extremely friendly and helped willingly. It appears Ken is a racist as his attitude towards black people was disrespectful and to other cultures he was receptive and happy. Black people please beware of him and others who act like him in this LCBO location.

Small but with nice offers. I was happy to find Luxardo limoncello over there.

Decent, but compared to Alberta, more expensive. I like the selection and customer service though. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for ?

The worst selelection i have ever seen in any lcbo. If store manager reads this...get your shelves stocked with items people actually looking for!

Awful selection of beers (even if the store is small). The shelves are lined with domestic pilsners, lagers and cheap imports. The staff are friendly though.

Walked in on a robbery today. Two men just stocking up on hard liquor in two gym bags. Potentially armed. When I realized, immediately walked to the cashier who knew and was mid-procedure for reporting it. I left my information as a witness and the manager informed me it was the third robbery of the day. Headquarters better get their heads out the sand and add security in this store. I simply do not feel safe there anymore and I am truly worried for the safety of the staff in that location. The staff are amazing people and deserve a SAFE working environment.

During a pandemic ppl are buying in bulk in order to avoid germs yet this location only sells small bottles and no boxes of rose, the most popular drink right now. This manager has no idea what he's doing unless he's trying to lower sales? I also waited for 10 minutes to all empty registers on a weekday afternoon while all staff were chatting in the office. Get it together people!

Nick who is the Manager of LCBO Eglinton/ Avenue went the extra mile (and then some) to source some wines from multiple locations across the city. (Not an easy task during normal times - but very hard during COVID.) Very helpful friendly staff. A small store but a great one. Customer service first rate.

Small store so not an excess in options. They have all the usual stuff but if you're looking for something specific they probably won't have it. Other then that great service and nice store.

This location is wonderful because they make you feel like more then just a customer. The experience seems more personal. The manager there Nick is fantastic! He is warm and always has a smile on his face and is happy to help and go above and beyond. There is also a handsome security guard there that is kind, funny and makes me everyone waiting in line feel welcomed and appreciated ! Great store!

I have been to this location couple of times so far. Unfortunately there is one employee called "Sandra " that ruins the experience. She is very rude to me all the time for an unknown reason. Today was worse I try to get a box for my drinks (thing I have done before in this location) she said "no-no stay where ever you are, pointing the side and while packing she throw the can in the box instead of placing them. Meanwhile I saw how different she treated other customers with same inquiries as me. I start to feel this is discrimination against the colour of my skin. Since I can not explain how come she can treat a customer in such a disrespectful way.

Things are pretty crazy right now but I 100% applaud this location for all of their efforts. It is the safest place I shop. I waited in line for groceries early this morning and still had people all over my space in the aisles but this LCBO has really stepped up with regulating the flow of traffic to make sure that doesn’t happen. The manager comes out personally and addresses the line to let them know any new safety measures they have taken, to say hi, to say the wait won’t be long...Hands down just really great service.
