Big store, right next to St. Lawrence Market in the heart of Toronto. Easy to get around, large accessible corridors, easy to reach displays. Free sampling of some weekly/daily specials. Huge variety of liquor and even had non alcoholic ones, but they just weren't ready to grab, as in chilled. Great customer service!

Each time I go to this LCBO I get amazing service. There is a tall man with lots of tattoos always very pleasant and also a lady with a blond ponytail. Today she asked me to wait and picked up a bottle in the fridges for me as they had it cold and I didn’t know: Just wow. Thank you both!

New Staff Today. I did not know that Cashiers were allowed to use their cell phones and do social media while 4 people are lined up waiting for service. She must have been glued to her phone when the topic of CUSTOMER SERVICE was discussed during her training.

The newest staff know nothing about the products and apparently it's not their job description as I have been TOLD BY THEM!!!!

Nice, bright store with friendly and professional staff. Only issue is the lack of a decent range of scotch products - specifically single malt. Recommend Summerhill where they know what it means.

Shopping at this LCBO has been a mixed experience—there are moments of good service, but they’re often overshadowed by issues that make it an overall frustrating place to shop.
While some employees are genuinely friendly and service-oriented, customer service is a hit-or-miss experience. Too often, you’ll encounter staff who are unfriendly, dismissive, or overly authoritative—people who simply shouldn’t be in customer service. On top of that, the store, like many other LCBO locations, suffers from tense situations, inconsistent supply issues, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere.
It has sales like any other LCBO. I can’t believe some people claim it has cheap beer—it’s a government-run retailer, not a private company!
Incompetent Security presence only adds to the discomfort, with guards either mishandling conflicts or, on the other hand, completely disengaged, browsing their phones.
This particular store was the tipping point for me. It made me realize it’s time to stop shopping at LCBO altogether and explore better alternatives.

Loved the amount of options they had here and the beer was so cheap. Probably my favorite place that I bought alcohol in Toronto. I stocked up for the day and spent less than $10 and got multiple flavors of beers.

This location used to be my go-to location but it’ll no longer be the case. I was helped by Rachel today at the checkout and it was absolutely terrible. She made a mistake (which is ok, we’re humans and it happens to the best of us) but the way she handled it? Questionable. Not sure what was funny and if the condescending tone was necessary. Perhaps she was having a day but you can’t let that be your attitude and dump it onto customers.
