Chris was the salesman, if I remember the name correctly. The manager working with him didn’t seem to understand how things work. They asked for my ID, and I provided my passport. The manager said passports are acceptable, but then said this one was “not,” without clearly explaining why. In the end, he just said he couldn’t use it and didn’t give a proper reason. I honestly don’t understand how he is a manager if he can’t explain basic things.

Ankita learn some manner. It's your duty to ask whose item is whose if there's multiple people not us. You are working in a customer service so better not show your attitude .

There are some great staff members there, but a few nasty, insulting ones too. I will find another store rather than deal with that. Avoid it.

Visited early Friday evening and found the store pretty busy. There is a wide selection of value for money wine. The staff were friendly and efficient even with the long line ups in the store.

I had a really disappointing experience at this LCBO. As someone of Indian background, I was asked for my ID by the cashier, which I know is normal policy. But I couldn’t help but notice that other customers, who honestly looked younger than me, weren’t asked for theirs. It made me feel singled out.ironically most of their staff were Indians.
What made things worse was how the staff acted, especially Sahil. He made a few comments that felt inappropriate and honestly made me really uncomfortable. The cashier, Riya, just stood by and didn’t say anything or try to help. The whole situation left me feeling targeted and disrespected.
I really hope LCBO takes this seriously and makes sure all customers are treated fairly and with respect, no matter their background.
