The staff is liar. He said reusable bag only because they dont have paper bags. But there were so many paper bags in other counters. $1.5 for a reusable bag!What a joke! Doug Ford need to work on this more!

Everything is ok. Good display, clean store and etc. However, there is one thing ruins everything. There is one racist female clerk who pick her own customer. Manager of this store should notice this. Be careful or you should feel terrible weekend.

2nd Floor of Emerald Park at Yonge & Poyntz Av, excellent location. Great selection for size of this store, it may not have everything, has mostly mainstream type bottles. Good vintage selection section, good variety. Selections of beersgetting better. Have a very large variety overall. ?

A VERY VERY BAD experience. The background is that my friend and I were buying 2 bottles at this store. I put the 2 bottles on the check table. The fact is that I don’t bring my wallet and ID but my friend does. We are both 25+ years old. However, the cashier rejected to verify my friend’s ID because she said “it’s you touch these bottles so I only see yours”. The security also comes at this time and said “who will not bring ID”, with a confirmative tone, sounds like he is 100% sure I’m lying.
2 people just stare at me like I’m making some huge mistakes and lies, I felt offensive to be honest.
I understand it’s their responsibility to check customer’s ID. But, I don’t think the security to question their customer without any proof. A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I always have an exceptional experience at the LCBO store when it's Paula's shift. Her infectious positivity and friendly demeanor make every visit delightful. Her constant smile and warm attitude brighten my day ☺️ If all representatives were like Paula, our shopping experiences would undoubtedly be brighter and more enjoyable. Thank you, Paula! You're the best!

I recently visited the LCBO and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store was incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.
The layout was intuitive, and the shelves were well-stocked and neatly arranged.The staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable.
They were able to assist me in finding the perfect bottle of wine for a special occasion, and their recommendations were spot-on.Overall, my experience at LCBO was fantastic.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a great selection of beverages in a well-organized store.
