I had a very upsetting experience at this LCBO location. I was treated disrespectfully by staff and felt I was being singled out.
I was told I couldn’t show my citizenship document, and the way it was handled made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I understand ID policies, but the tone and behavior were not respectful.
This experience made me feel like I was being judged based on who I am, which is not okay. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on respectful customer service.

Compact store with solid but select selection of wines, beers and hard liquors. Nice for a quick hop in/ hop out moment when visiting nearby friends. Fills in for sadly missed store at Yonge/StClair area, the real deal.

Be prepared to fight for a box or a method to carry your purchases home. I foolishly forgot a bag, and then was rudely informed by counter staff that she could easily "carry a few bottles all the way to Bathurst" so I should be fine. Thanks for the tip. I'll go to that LCBO next time.

Normally a good spot, but the last experience soured my taste.Apparently, LCBO no longer provides paper sleeves. I had no idea, but the cashier was happy to snap at me and tell me so.I am sure that the policy will be couched under an environmental impact explanation, which seems a little hypocritical when you see the amount of plastics that are freely used in the storeAll in all it's a zero stars for LCBO and one star for the rude cashier.

It's a quiet little store with not much of a beer selection if you're lioking for high end beer. Best part is Longows hot table right across the hallway on the same level.

Always not a pleasure to shop here, owing to staff. Not sure which I appreciate more: having to read the cashier's mind, or being told to move so that a shelf could be stocked. If there were any other options, this organization would not get a cent from me.

Rude staff. There’s one female cashier that is the absolute worst. Condescending, judgemental & unhelpful. It doesn’t matter how big this store is, or what they have to offer. We are never returning.
