The dynamic duo at Lift The City are unbelievable. The knowledge and help that I received regarding any questions I had about health and fitness , was Top Shelf. You can buy protein from any store in many locations throughout the city, but I have yet to ever step in a store, like lift the city, where I immediately not only felt full of knowledge, I felt like I was one of the Lift the city family immediately. It wasn’t just about taking my money and saying have a great day, it was about making sure I felt great about what I purchased.See you again sooner than later Lift The City…..? ?

I’ve been coming to Artur and his brand for over 8 years. I had very little experience and knowledge when taking vitamins and supplements, but he walked me through it all. Every interaction with Arty feels like he is genuinely passionate and interested about your progress and story. On top of the knowledge, his service is amazing. His energy for health is infectious. Knowledgeable, patient, and just wonderful people.I highly recommend checking out Lift The City Supplements at Fort York Blvd. They offer a wide variety of supplements (including endless shelves stacked with great protein powders, women's health supplements, and delicious protein bars - to name a few things). Most importantly, they can guide you on how to eat clean (and stay happy and healthy) all year round.

Lift the city is my favourite store.The most helpful and attentive staff with a huge variety of products as well as a smoothie bar.I stop in to say hello even when I don’t need anything.Now, at a great new location, I would recommend LTC to anyone!
