It was getting colder & starting to snow a bit so our expectations were for a short chilly stay. Instead, it was a great visit - we joined 2 of Mitchell's tours, got to taste two of the many ways to appreciate the village. Extra sweetened with a sprinkle of the passion & knowledgeableness of the staff. Well worth a visit, or multiple visits to get to experience all the stories and perspectives of the village. It definitely whet our appetite for another visit.”

“Helpful staff, small selection of wine from the nearby Niagara region. Since I didn't recognize any of the options, the staff was happy to provide recommendations. The shelf labels show the amount of sugar (i.e. dryness) in each wine. I always thought I liked 'dry' red wine - thanks to this store, I learned that what I actually like is high-tannin red wine.”

“This location has everything you need in the heart of Parkdale. It has parking, it's on the 501 line and the selection is pretty good. It also has a cold beer room. It's also pretty fast for checking out if you go earlier in the day. Can be a line up if you go at 5pm when everyone is off work. They have boxes usually to grab as well if you need them. Lately I have noticed an increase in security guards (today there was 4) so maybe they have been having some issues. Staff are always friendly. I do miss the provided bags, but we have gotten in the habit of remembering to bring some.”
