Can't buy shoes from the store, doesnt say when they'll be back. Dont waste your time going to Loding like i did. Extremely disappointed.

I'm convinced this place is a front for money laundering. Tried to go here 4 times in a week during their stated business hours of 10-5 and each time they were closed. 2 of those times they had a sign up saying they left early for the day so I suppose that's at least excusable. However, the other 2 times they were just closed with no signage or anything. I went at the beginning of the day, end of the day, it didn't matter... they were always closed. Finally was able to get them during business hours on a weekday around noon by calling ahead, I showed up looked around and then asked if I could try on some shoes, only to be told they're completely out of inventory and won't have anything for another 3 weeks. They told me to come back in 3 weeks. Don't waste your time here folks, this place doesn't need your business.

Allan was super helpful in finding me a size that fits. Spent years wearing shoes that had compromises on fit and style. Came here for a pair of wedding shoes and couldn’t be happier with overall service.

Remarkable how this place never seems to be open even though it advertises itself as being open 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. I walk by this store regularly during their “business hours” and for the past few months, there’s almost never anyone working there. On the two occasions I have actually seen a salesperson in the store, they would not even serve me, saying he was “eating lunch”. Just today, a guy who identified himself as an “accountant” for the store told me the sales person had gone to lunch. If you can’t even staff a store with more than one employee (who obviously deserves to have a proper lunch break, don’t get me wrong) and you are hardly ever open, what kind of business are you running here? One that won’t be around for much longer, I suspect. Sorry.

I went the store twice from on 4th and 5th august 2022 around 3:30 pm. It was closed and when I called them, nobody answered.It’s written on the website that the store is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Strongly recommend. Excellent store to get high-quality dress shoes with high-quality service. Ask for Allan - he is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, kind, generous, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was nothing less than completely happy and comfortable with my dress shoes and worked hard even after I purchased them to make some adjustments and clean them to ensure they were perfect for me. He wouldn't accept anything less, and that's not something you usually find anywhere else. I purchased the Straight Toe-cap Oxford Nevisa Marron and they fit perfectly thanks to Allan's help.

Jill was patient and helped me pick the right product for my needs. She provided me with additional information and services the store offers, and was very friendly and sociable. Excellent experience both here and with the gentleman at the Sherway location. Rare to find such kind employees at these high end boutiques these days.

Great service and attention provided by the folks at the store. Staff are well informed and happy to provide information and advice if you ask. There are a good stock of Chelsea boots, dress shoes, and boots, along with care products.
Loding cannot be beat at their price point for the quality they provide — easily better than Allen Edmonds or similar brands at this price range.

The guy who helped me along with a trainee lady was great. He got the knowledge and it was great experience.
Then there was a lady who seems to know but honestly she doesnt know anything and a bit rude. The guys 7 star performace is what made me give 4 star. Otherwise I would have just given 2 star for the service.
For the product, I paid full price and I think the price and quality is worth 4 star.

Mediocre with shoe polishing. Do it yourself if you have very very expensive shoes, gents, even if it presents an opportunity cost. They caused permanent damage to a pair of boots.
Shoe quality is okay.
