Very Poor Quality and Bad Smell
I had a very disappointing experience with sandwiches purchased from Longo’s – 15 York Street, Toronto. The quality was unacceptable. Both the vegetables and the beef had a very bad smell, which immediately raised concerns about freshness and food safety.
The meat looked dry and old, the vegetables were clearly not fresh, and the overall preparation was careless. This is not what customers expect from a grocery store like Longo’s, especially considering the prices charged.
Food quality and hygiene should never be compromised. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves quality control immediately.

The cheesecake wasn’t rich and had a starchy texture. The pistachio cream puff was bland and tasteless.

Went on a Thursday for a sweet treat after lunch. Grabbed an epic cookie from their pastry department. I like them warm. The ones from their warming plate are great. A lady named Arielle (glasses) helped me out. She was delightful. Made a few jokes about fitting the cookie into the box. Made me laugh. Shout out Arielle!

They definitely indulge in price gouging. Many a times i have seen that they remove cheaper items and replace them with expensive brands.

this review to florist only, can you stop over freezing flowers… turn up the temperature in the cooler room, you aren’t storing beers. your flowers never bloom after people purchase … this is fourth time i got a bouquet for my gf and from freezing state they just decay. so annoying!

Clean store but it's way overpriced. Just feels like I'm being price gouged. For real I would rather pay extra somewhere else rather than give this company the satisfaction of letting them feel like I'm a sucker for paying 3x more for the same size can and brand than I would pay anywhere else.
