Purchased a Stylish single bowl undermount stainless steel kitchen sink for my newly renovated kitchen and I am so happy with the product and the way it looks like. My contractor was surprised with the look of it while installing it. Highly recommend this product.

Great customer service and well organized stores. Hope Rona+ keeps the same level level of experience moving forward. I wish their online inventory count was more accurate. Checked online they had 29 pieces, went to store, none available.

So this review is for this Lowes and this one only. I have to make that clear because I have a great relationship with other Lowes. However, visit this one on a Friday evening to make a simple return and received some of the worst customer service ever. The young lady was completely disrespectful. She didn't want to do her job. She was ready to lie to me about returning 2 items. I make purchases from Lowes at least 3-4 times a week. Rarely return anything, and on this rare occasion, I was very disappointed with the customer service.

Received the best customer service by an employee named Susana. She went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I purchased a large outdoor table floor model. She took the time to wrap it ( to avoid scratches) and to secure it in our pickup truck.

Unhelpful, uninformed staff.My intention today was to purchase 7 or 8 prefab fence panels. Simple?I also needed the fence poles. Staff had no clue. ViP Desk didn't know either. Four staff looking at me, one lady kept telling me "go outside".Upon repeating this unhelpful routine, I went next door to Home Depot.I won't return to Lowes again.

I'm sorry ,customer service is Disaster.......meneger Nick and his team are not providing professional services to clients ........charge me twice for metal molding, and try to call Polise on me.,wen I try to explain them a problem......so sad.......... store ..no more LOWES eny more......

Horrible service. They delivered the wrong product. Lowes’ general service line was very helpful and arranged for the store to deliver the correct item, but the service from this store was rude and unhelpful. They would not schedule a pickup date for the incorrect item that they delivered and provide the correct product on the same day.After advising them that I was unavailable on the day they scheduled to pick up the wrong item that they delivered, they refused to change the date. They also refused to pickup the wrong product and provide the correct product on the same day, asking me to take two days of my time to fix their mistake.Now I have paid an exorbitant delivery fee for Lowes to deliver the wrong product and seem to be stuck with it.

I enjoy visiting the Garden Center bcuz of the variety of flowers of plants and all your gardening needs in one spot. But. Do not delay flowers and veggies get sold out quickly. Thanks to their team the Garden Center endeavours to keep aGood seasonal stock. Always clean and staff to help you out when needed. Very friendly all around!

A male seasonal department employee treated me absolutely awful. He was chauvinistic, rude and misogynistic. I was looking for an item that the system and website said there was 15 of in stock. He refused to help me, spoke over me, spoke about me in another language to another customer multiple times, told me I was wrong, threw his arms up and laughed in my face, told me 3 times to buy something else because he couldn't be bothered to work regardless of how many times I said I didn't want it and wasted a total of 3+ hours of my time.Nothing was done to make me feel better about this after reaching out to store management and head office. Stay away from this store if you're a woman.

Much better then the last location we were at. With no cashiers. The service here was stellar. Got all the plants I needed. Everyone was helpful. Nice selection.

We've been many times to this store but service is not the same since Lowe's has been sold. We went there to find a replacement for the track of our window blind. It was mid afternoon. We had to wait a long time for someone to come and help us. Eventually Armando came by and he was quite helpful in helping us find what we needed and then cut it to measure.

The appliance purchasing went well and they were helpful, as a result I purchased their stacked washer/dryer to replace the one in my condo. But from there it went straight downhill. There does not appear to be any communication from the store to the warehouse of the appliance being delivered. You cannot call their shipping which is contracted to a third party and they will not give out the number so you have to call the store each time. I was booked for a Saturday deliver and I called back the store the same day to change it to a Thursday instead which was confirmed by the store. No one from shipping calls you back to confirm. You have to constantly call back to the store as no one calls you the day before to let you know of the timing of the delivery. I called the store the day before the delivery after 7 p.m. and they confirmed the deliver the next day and not to worry. No response from anyone the the day of the delivery on Thursday. When you call at 9 a.m. to follow up they confirm that you are on the delivery schedule and should hear from them soon. You stay at home and wait. No one calls you and you call back now after 12 noon and after much frustrating phone calls you get told your appliance is not on the truck and it will be shipped on Saturday instead of Thursday. This is after two of the customer staff had verified the Thursday delivery and to be told that it is now scheduled for Saturday. I don't understand how you can show one delivery schedule at the store and another delivery schedule at the shipping warehouse. This is a total inconvenience as this appliance is going into a condo and we have to plan in advance and schedule the moving elevator with set time slots. Lowe's service for deliver from the third party is terrible as there is no communication. If you live in a house and have all day or all week to wait for your delivery it may work but unfortunately for condo residents who have to book the moving elevator o set time slots schedule it is very frustrating.
