Well laid out store
every one works hard to restock the shelves and bins with fresh produce
Luciano’s No Frills is close to My Mom’s house and I take her shopping twice a month
One issue that has come up more than once is the construction that is taking place at the Corner on St. Clair
The construction Trucks are driving through the No Frills parking lot and turning around to pickup loads of dirt or drop stuff off
The Trucks are going way to fast and although the Construction Company has workers helping to direct the trucks it is closer to the actual building site and No Control at the point deep in the No Frills parking Lot I am concerned for pedestrians safety

It's a no frills. Nothing special, nothing bad. Store was clean but there is construction in the parking lot.

The place is clean and, organized just too young individuals to be helpful, they don't know. Where the items are if you have questions.

Came here early in one day and saw the produce manager yelling at one of his produce staff members I felt so bad the kid was crying a little and almost ran out the store, He was even having loud phone calls on the floor, He should know not to take calls while working.

There was over 20 people in line for both self checkout and regular cashier. Waited 30 mins just to pay. Don’t come here unless you absolutely have no other choice. Supervisor decided to yell at employees instead of hopping on cash and helping.

Prepare to spend a lot of time waiting in line. Never enough cashiers; 40% of self checkouts have been broken for 8 months. Never a quick visit. People in produce department really slam the produce down into the display; look carefully for damage.

I've lived in the area for sixty years but shop there less and less because of the most obnoxious worker in the produce area. He has loud, personal conversations on his phone, while setting up the produce. Calls should be reserved for breaktime. Maybe he is the owner and doesn't care. His inconsideration, has made me take my business elsewhere.
My first time back to the store and would like to acknowledge Clemmon, who was working in the frozen food aisle. He has a great attitude and was very helpful. A+
And yes, the obnoxious produce worker was taking another personal call, while in the shopping aisles. Must be the owner because that wouldn't be tolerated, if he were staff.
They are also failing to post prices, of many items. Fortunately, Clemmon was able to assist with that.

one of the self checks is always broken. lines are crazy on weekday evenings. picture of the owner is frowning and looks intimidating.

Just wanted to show my appreciation for this store and the owner Luciano! Went today and him and security caught a man shoplifting a loaf of bread. They approached the man and he gave up the bread. Not only were they considerate of the man (Because he just couldn't afford it), he took the shoplifted bread from him and gave him items from the donation bin. I thought it was a nice gesture, and showing empathy to a shoplifter like that is the least one can do. Very canadian, and I wish more canadian businesses owners were as empathetic as luciano! I know it can be hard in these times. Great work.

My senior citizen mother was accused of stealing (which she never did ) from this no-frills location. She was embarrassed in front of everyone by the security and some of the people that worked there awful never going back you need to retrain or rehire other people terrible customer service.

Only three working self checkout machines with a huge lineup. Yeah, sorry but the savings arent worth the wait in line. Other supermarkets have more than twice that many.
