I usually got good customer service in this store.However, today I tried to exchange the pants. The girl at the checkout said she couldn’t find my pants in my account so she refused to do the exchange. I went to Squre one store. The nice guy found my pant in my account right away and I have no problem to exchange my pants

Terrible customer service! Terrible management! I went to return some leggings and that I bought in 2022 and use my quality promise but they looked at my items and said they won’t be able to provide a quality promise and said it’s been ‘loved’ already. It’s been one year and I don’t wear these daily. The educator was so unprofessional and the team leader as well. They had the audacity to say oh if we’d replace yours we would have to replace everybody’s leggings and we can’t do that. I used to work there I’d be replacing leggings for orders 5 years ago. If they’re going to charge 100 for leggings their customer service should be better. Will not be coming back ever.

I've had a very bad experience just like others in this store lately. Sadly, the quality of the customer service went down significantly here, I wanted to exchange something, and I get a very disappointing treatment. I would rather go to Square One next time. It's sad, though, since the Sherway location is so close to me, I'm wondering what is going on over there, do they not have a proper screening process when they are hiring new people? Sad, sad, sad.

Had a great experience at this location. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, as I went in to exchange a pair of leggings that didn’t meet the quality standards of Lululemon. Also had 2 pairs of leggings hemmed, without any trouble! The best customer service experience- very helpful!

This store is a great example of how it’s so much better to stay online and not deal with insensitive personage.I went there to show them a pair of joggers that didn’t meet the quality promise. I told them it was definitely more than a couple of years old and it was not in my online account so I wasn’t sure when it was purchased. The girl there said she was familiar with the pants and they were seven years old (it hasn’t even been 4 years since I moved here in canada)! Afterwords they asked me to visit other lululemon stores.Talking to the manager was useless as well but I found out something I didn’t know before - lululemon quality promise is not a lifetime quality promise, it’s only for one year!!Never had any such issue elsewhere; better to stay home and shop online..

Here to return a pair of leggings which I accidentally ordered twice. Was told never remove the tags as they can't be wore before returning, and she is making an exception for me this time. This message is very perplexing since I believe we are allowed to try them out and return within 30 days as long as they are undamaged..

Very similar experience as others with the staff. I had a pair of shorts with a hole on the seam after wearing them twice. I brought them in and was hoping for an exchange but the manager said there was nothing they could offer. "They aren't responsible for holes caused by snagging in the washing machine". I'm not sure how they came to this conclusion. This has never happened to me in my life from washing a pair of shorts. You would think for the cost they could handle the washing machine. I found the staff very condescending and unhelpful.I brought them to a different location and they were very polite and exchanged them right away. Funny how one manager can be completely unhelpful and have you leave the store feeling like you were ripped off and swearing off the brand. Then a different store can be the complete opposite and make you feel valued as a customer and wanting to shop there again. I would avoid the Sherway location if possible.

Poor customer service. Rude manager who refuse to help with return and exchange. (Other reviews also mentions her). This location is one of the worst, known for bad customer service and you would know why most employees here has a bad attitude when you interact with the manager. I'll make sure the corporate is aware of this.

Today an employee named Lema helped me with an exchange and I had to write a review. She was quick, understanding, kind, and even made me laugh. I really appreciated her demeanour and the experience will have me back at this location for future purchases. Thanks Lema!

Love this store!! It’s a workout heaven here! So many styles to choose from. The Burlington location in Ontario is large, clean and well laid out! It’s a must stop into!

Too warm inside, walk in from the mall and it’s like you entered a sauna. Makes it uncomfortable to shop.
