Amazing service at this location! Patrick went out of his way to greet us and make sure we were finding things. He gave great suggestions and helped us decide on a pair of boots to purchase. It’s so rare you see this attention to detail and genuine interest from a sales associate. Good work Patrick, all your efforts don’t go unnoticed!

The manager and cashier didn't let me return my jacket only after 1 week of purchase. Cashier started speaking at higher volume to attract attention. Not happy with service. Marks is my favorite goto place but this place I'm never returning. Pathetic service

Bought a second and third pair of the levis I like here, didn't realize that Marks only sells tier 2 Levi's/ outlet quality, neither of the two new pairs fit, and it ended up being a flat out waste of 200$ due to deception by this merchant, who will not admit that there is any difference in the levis.
