Great big Marshalls, almost too big with empty spaces but my toddler loved that by running around. Found some stuff for our new home. Will definitely return!

Marshalls is a great place to score some awesome deals on everything from clothes to home goods. The variety is impressive and you can find high quality items at a fraction of the price. My only complaint is that the store can feel a bit disorganized at times making it harder to find what you’re looking for although this could’ve been because of the influx of customers due to the Christmas season. However, the thrill of the hunt and the friendly staff make up for it. Definitely worth a visit if you’re up for some bargain shopping.

Was looking for a jump suit for my son found nothing. The selection was very slim. Wasn't happy about the selection. Hopefully, there will be more items for teen boys next year

Popped into this location about a half hour before closing. The store is well organized and maintained. Selection is pretty good, though not to dissimilar from other Marshalls in the city. I didn't hand what I was looking for I didn't pick up something else.

This is a nicely kept store with a really expansive selection of men’s clothing. The one major problem this store has is they lack cashiers. It’s Saturday, having one cashier on when customers in Marshall’s and winners do exchanges and returns all the time is just unacceptable. Great store to shop in but don’t go and buy something if you’re in a rush because you’ll be in line forever

My husband and I went to the Pickering town center ( HOME ESSENCE) we purchased three bathroom items ; to be specific two shower caddies and two toilet paper holders on August 15th; we decided to return the items as we had a different plan for our bathrooms. I had such a hard time with the customer service. Apparently, we were told that the store associate made a HUGE mistake when cashing and cashed the wrong barcode.
This has NOTHING to do with my husband and I because we had our receipt yet we were told by Jennifer ( Key holder ) there’s NO way she can help me; she didn’t even TRY to compensate even though my husband and I was annoyed that we were being held accountable for something someone else did.
Jennifer; didn’t try to get us helped she made us assumed she was the manager after we asked the cashier to let us speak to a MANAGER. She wasted 24 mins of our time and that made us even more upset. We asked to speak to someone HIGHER in the end and that’s when JOHN Ber Showed up , he was ABSOLUTELY amazing and help us with our returns; he apologized and was calm and gentle. John did and awesome job.

The service was horrible. One manager named John was disgusting and rude with me. I brought a return with the receipt. He refused to give me a refund for no reason. I asked why. Just said, don't want to and he told the cashier not to service me anymore and to keep their mouth shut. I don;t know how he is a manager. I will never go back. He should be fired. I also noticed, when I was there, he was yelling at the workers.
