Alex is the most diligent worker that I wish every store had! I have been going to this location for years and have never left unsatisfied or empty handed! Which says a lot as I have visited both the Hillcrest and Newmarket locations and tend only spend a few minutes inside before leaving. Alex's customer service is unmatched and it also speaks volumes when visiting other locations in comparison.She is so helpful and caring and I value her opinion very much! As she's is so genuine in what she does and isn't just trying to grab $$$ from you.

I love this store! The clothes are Italian made and beautiful. You can find an outfit for almost any event. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

I only stopped by to browse for a gift during my lunch break. Lots o lovely outfits. Great colour and style selection. Prices seemed reasonable for quality.Staff member I chatted with was very welcoming and friendly. No problems there.

I enjoy browsing and shopping at Maska due to lovely Alex. I am impressed with her flair for fashion but, most importantly, her PR skills. She loves her customers and strives to make them happy. I believe she is an asset to Maska Mode.

Clothes are okay. I wouldn’t give this particular store another chance because there’s terrible customer service and misinformation. They claimed their clothes were on sale (THERE WAS A SALE TAG) and when you’re ready to buy, they claim that it’s not on sale. I had walked into this store, ready to spend some money during Black Friday, no one even bothered to acknowledge me and offer assistance. There was one of the employees (a blond girl) who didn’t bother to assist me at all, standing there like a space cadet, looking like she hates her job, she literally looked at me when I was speaking to her, ignored me and turned away and the woman who claims to be the manager (Alex) is very unprofessional and you could tell she does not know how to handle situational problems. It’s uncomfortable.
I tried on their clothes and for the price that they’re putting on their items doesn’t make any sense to me. The material felt like it was cheap and could easily get ruined after one wear. Clothing is subject to your opinions but i felt like a lot of the pieces were outdated and ridiculously pricey.
The store wasn’t crazy busy. I expected much more assistance in what I was looking for and overhearing a very heated conversation between Alex and a customer was a no no for me as Alex the manager was ARGUING with her. Being a business woman myself, I find it appalling to see a manager argue with a customer in a very loud and condescending tone.
If you would like to keep your store alive, work on your customer service, educating your employees and maybe a positive change in your managers attitude or changing your manager will do you some good! Just because you have clothes on your racks doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll go buy something I like... I need to be more convinced. Isn’t that the point of hiring people in your store?

The best store! Beautiful fashion all made in Italy. Classic and trendy. Go and vist Alex she is a fashion expert and offers incredible service. Definetely an amazing shopping experience every time i visit Maska at First Canadian Place.
