there is not too many massimo dutti branches in toronto, so customers expect for a good response, I ordered a gift for christmas and I paid for express shipping and it guaranteed that it gonna arrive before Christmas but I got a delay notification, so I tried to call the store but nobody picked up, so I went to the store because I thought it’s christmas eve and they are busy but I got surprised because store was toooo slow and it was around 10 staff over there that they were chatting like they’re hanging out at a cafe! even when we were at the cashier section nobody was there and they kept talking together while the store was getting busy!

Terrible customer service, rude staff. Rolled her eyes at me for backing out of an item at checkout. I requested to talk to the store manager, who did not apologize either.

I was a good client but not anymore !! Today i called 3 times to have a solution about my delayed shipping that i payed for extra money to have it express ! Cstmer servive just fake talk ! You ruined my event !!!! You ruined my day no real solution and the problem is the last girl i talked to said ohhh « it s not my problem » so who s problem is it !!!!! You know puting high prices on your clothes does not make you classy or luxurious lol what a horrific experience it was and that i m’still experiencing !

What a horrific shopping experience on line. System won’t accept a discount code. No explanation and trying to call the Yorkdale store is waste of time. Just rings and rings.
Your attempt at using AI to help was a waste of time. I want a jacket it wants to help me with jewelry!!

The customer service and fitting room experience are disappointing for a premium brand. First, no one offers assistance during the shopping process. Additionally, the fitting room has poor lighting and is cluttered with stock materials, making it feel more like a storage area than a space to try on clothes.

Massimo Dutti has very nice designs and quality products, but Yorkdale location is lacking the minimum standards of customer service or satisfaction.
I had to drive 80 minutes back to the store to exchange a defected product sold to me and to price adjust an extra charge over the product tagged price. They billed my credit card higher amount than the tagged price.
They wrongly priced the products!!
I spoke with the store manager and she fell short of customer service standards.
Very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service. None starts a change room for you. No one asks if you need help, a different size. You walk into the change rooms and do your own thing. With these prices they should be more helpful and customer oriented.

A great low key brand, not too expensive either. They have really nice sweaters here.
Since it’s a smaller store, there’s not much staff running the place which is not really an issue, since everything’s right there in front of you.
Got a pair of loafers here they were great quality and lasted a while

Horrible customer service, I want to try a coat that wasn’t display from the front. They brought a dirty coat for me to try that I notice when cashing out, I asked to swap a cleaner coat and the cashier proceeds to talk with another employee in another language, then proceed to ask me if I picked the coat from the floor. Very rude

Only store in the mall that thinks it's appropriate to ignore all phone calls and have no voice-mail. Great way to treat your customers.

Massimo Dutti has stylish pieces, but the quality doesn’t always live up to expectations. The fabrics can feel stiff, and sizing is often inconsistent. The store layout is appealing, but customer service can be hit or miss, with staff sometimes seeming inattentive. Not the best value overall."
