I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from a customer service agent during my visit. When I raised my concern, the agent called the store manager, who was even more disrespectful. Instead of offering an apology, the agent stated that this behavior was “a standard for the Metro.”
Additionally, I was asked which card I would use for payment and was required to show the card before my items were scanned, which made me uncomfortable. This experience did not meet basic customer service standards.

Metro’s customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and seem completely uninterested in solving even the simplest issues. I wasted so much time going back and forth with no clear answers or support. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Metro to anyone—save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Very organised, clean and customer friendly. Staff is very helpful and it's basically a one stop shop for your groceries. A very wide range of products, although it's missing an international aisle, which would make it a complete one stop shop for all kinds of shoppers.

Price advertised was $6.99 but it rung in at $7.99. Pointed it to three different people including a supervisor. They just stared at me with a blank look. I guess that's what happens when the only criteria for hiring is a pulse (no kidding, all staff at this supermarket appear to be related). Legally, I had the right to receive this item for free since the price posted was inaccurate but trying to explain the Retail Council Code to those people would have been too painful.

unlike loblaws line of stores - METRO has brussel sprouts from Belgium. much appreciated - the best would be Ontarion or Quebec - but much better from Belgium than from the States (like Loblaws continues)

Absolute dump. Please pay attention to a short white lady at front with gray hair.she deemed me drunk whole I worked outside all day and God forbid attempted to buy 2 coronas along with a bunch of groceries. I been going to this place for 11 years. Never again am I go overpay for the worst customer service. Will follow up with Metro HO on hoe they evaluate employees. Very disappointed and will not spend a penny there anymore.

I like this store. Much cleaner than the stores on Wilson and on Sheppard. Better selection too and the staff are nicer and in better moods. Remember, clean and nice smelling store is a happy store!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would I came in 15 mins before bakery closes, picked out a cake and the person at the bakery walked away, I was under the assumption they were grabbing something to my surprise when I went to the front to ask about it I was told she had clocked out. This is extremely infuriating, I understand wanting to clock out early but seeing customers and walking away is extremely insulting. Thankfully I do not actually need the cake tonight but was wanting to surprise my mother at midnight, seeing as I was unable to do that, I am extremely frustrated and want this to reflect that frustration.
