This review is for Too Good to Go Bakery bag pick up at Metro. Went to the bakery counter and the woman behind the counter stated she only had cake bag left. She told me to hang on and she needed to speak with a manager. 10 mins later she returned. She grabbed the day old rack and started packing. Total worth the value. Received a full size coffee cake, 4 bagels, 2 sub rolls and a full size ciabatta loaf. Took off one star for the long wait but totally worth the wait.

Location and food are OK, but at self-checkout there's a very rude asian lady. She picked on me and said "you need to use 'call for help', OK, OK??" Just making the mood very harsh and unpleasant. Don't know if she did it to everyone or just to me.
I don't understand why the part-time jobs are so hard to find while such rude people can get hired so easily.

I went there yesterday at 6 p.m. looking for a product. I couldn't find it, so I went seeking for an associate. Found a woman working in the meat section. She appears Hispanic/filipino. Anyway, when I asked her where the product was, she became agitated and spoke rudely. I witnessed the same thing happen to another customer: he asked her about something, and she yelled at him. Management should look into this and teach and instruct her on how to properly communicate with customers and humans

The prices go up but the service goes down. Specials beginning today were not available today in store. Get your act together. If the special starts Thursday's when you open your doors, all specials should be available. Very frustrating when you've made the trip there for those products and they're not available !!!

The environment is quite clean and bright. I came in and picked out some of the food and fruits I needed. The price depends on the depth of my pocket. Because the quality is good, the relative price will not be the lowest, but I think it’s okay. The quality is good and it’s worth it!
