I use this store for my hobbies, mostly beads. Store provides variety of different types and broad selection. Most of the time using their natural stone collection.
Often they're going on sale from 20 to 60% off, but prices creeping up and quality of items not always consistent and mostly on the lower end. Clearance items mostly 50% off and nonrefundable.
I find them not worth to buy ,overpriced and usually defective.If sale goes as low as 60%, clearance items should be at 75 %, especially if they're nonrefundable.
I found them low quality and overpriced.
For better quality items you've got to go to several stores and with luck you can get bit better selection and quality of items you are looking for. Prices and selections may vary from store to store. It's not very good practice. Quite frankly it makes difficult to buy all items in variety and quantity you want in one place.
They are rarely now offer free shipping and you cannot buy items in one store and pick it up in another one. It's quite disappointing. It is a US based store and prices and items in US are cheaper and bigger and better selection,but you can not buy anything and have it shipped to Canada. Quite disappointing.
Also they stopped offering free hobby classes. Not very smart move from consumers point of view.

Self checkout doesn't work properly. Trying to scan paintbrushes where the bar code is wrapped around was next to impossible. Wasted a lot of time.
