The web-site booking doesn't work. I booked over the weekend my snow tires and the site gave me available time and I chose 12:30 and stayed home instead of going to the office to find out today that they are to busy! As far as a good customer experience this is not good. You can't waste peoples time like this and expect a good review! You lost me as a customer for good! Don't go to the Midas on 624 St. Clair Avenue West Toronto, ON M6C 1A9

They are SCAMMERS, beware, they will tell you a price then upcharge you without any notice. They are total rip off. Avoid them at all cost.

I am so grateful that there still exists honest and trustworthy people in this world. We brought our vehicle with steering issues and were given options on how to proceed. Syed was absolutely of the utmost professional , and very knowledgeable and HONEST. He let us deal with our issue at the shop and offer his time to ensure we could leave the shop safely. Syed went OVER AND BEYOND. I strongly recommend this shop on Bathurst street tto everyone who values TRUST. Thank you Syed.

They are actually criminals here. With the sole intention of ripping you off. I have had two awful experience. And you may ask. Why go back after one. And the answer is desperation. I need a flat tired fixed and they where the only ones who would take me and this time my oil needed to be changed and same thing. Only ones that would take me. This time I called and they said they have room and time for a 100$ oil change. No additional fees. I get there is it’s almost 200$ with out tax! Why. Cuz they have added things I don’t want and won’t let me take off. Even tho the oil change pricing is rotating on the tv. They tell me they don’t actually do just oil changes and I’ll need to pay for the other stuff too and if I don’t like it I can leave. Which I do. There intention is to wait till you feel desperate and like you have to stay and Jack up the prices a lot. I have never written a review but if I could give this place less then one star I would. This isn’t a mistake. There are multiple reviews that say they do this. It’s absolutely intentional.

I called to ask about availability and the lady asked all the details about myself and the car. I was there on time and then waited 15mins to give all the details again. I confirmed the cost they said its going to be $100 and up, I said there's a board right outside which says 95 and she said oh yes I can also do that! (They dont even know their store offer, also there's a 89 offer on their website which they dont proactively promote unless you ask)
Later she said we do not have filter for you car and it will take longer time. When I said that I gave all my details on phone and why wasn't it communicated then and she blunty said the lady who took your info didn't put it so I don't know.
Your team needs to have internal communication and a courtesy to say sorry at least. Had she shown a little courtesy and felt sorry for their mistake I might have stayed but by looking at their attitude I couldn't stand a minute.
I am never going to any midas ever!

Avoid them at all cost. Just went in for a oil and filter change and they quoted me $420
Double the amount that I usually pay
You would pay less at a dealership for higher quality oils and to be frank better service
The reviews are accurate stay away
