The safety inspection was done properly, and everything was checked well. The guy at the front was very welcoming and friendly.
Great place, and I would recommend their service!

Hey all, I just wanted to warn people about the Midas auto shop on O’Connor Rd. My partner had a flat tire this morning and brought the car to the closest shop. They called her 30 minutes later stating the tire was unrepairable and she needed to replace the tire at the cost of just under $500. We both went back to inspect the tire. The sales associate sprayed the tire (which was off the rim) with a soapy solution and stated “see, it’s not holding air”. While I’m not an expert in tire repair, I do know that a rimless tire would never be able to hold air. We immediately asked for them to remove the car from the shop, paid them $20 for their “service”. I would not recommend using this auto shop. We saved ourselves $450 by driving the extra 5 minutes to the lovely people at Canadian Tire

Went for brake and serpentine belt change per their inspection.I had their month old estimate, but they did not bother to sign one before they started.
They couldn't change the serpentine belt- not sure due to mechanical competency issue (the manager said the replacement belt they got was defective).
The brakes were replaced so were the rotors, even though their month old estimate did not ask to change rotors.Additional 240 dollars billed even when part not required.
In nutshell, they changed parts that were not necessary, and unable to perform medium complex job.
Their other locations are ok to good, but this one at 1654 O'Connor Dr, very poor quality.

I went in to get help with my car to find out what was going on with it and I mentioned that I was told it was a miss fire and when I asked if they could look at it and let me know I get a rude response from them saying “1200$ to fix the miss fire that’s what your asking us about that’s all we would do but don’t have time today” and when i repeated my self he was like “no u need missfire fixed that’s what we will do but not today “ not happy with them at all…
I guess they made their slogan look like a lie the one about “everything we touch turns to gold” yeah maybe the money going in their pocket not my car…. Never again will I go to them ever…..
