Do not come to this store it is a big scam. I brought in my 26k Frank muller watch for battery replaced and my watch was in perfect condition I took pictures and video of it when I sent it in. They broke my watch strap and tried to cover up for it. When I called to collect my watch , their staff revealed to me that they have “glued “ back my strap at that time I was already concerned that they have broken my watch then the owner Myles called me and lied and said the staff doesn’t know what she’s talking about my watch is perfectly fine. So I took back my watch and only recently I realized that my strap was broken and came off so they have just covered it up and glued it back temporarily. I brought it to another authorized frank muller shop and they showed it to me how it was broken . When I sent them several emails and left voicemails they avoided me and do not respond. I called and spoke to the staff and said I want to come in to speak to the owner they were opened but then they find excuses and said the owner is not here and they doing inventory stock taking. I have documented every single conversations and recordings of them and if they still do not respond will be processing to take legal actions . Do not ever come to this shop.

Buyer Beware. This store sold me a lab grown diamond and claimed it was a natural stone. So many other options in Toronto if you want to buy real jewelry

Showed up and it said by appointment only - update your hours on Google so people don't come out of their way to find you closed.Updated: After a somewhat fair response from the owner, I have altered my star rating - I agree that Google should allow the business to post hours, but also have a "by appointment only" toggle. The response shows me good customer service, and I wish this business well during the tough times COVID has presented all businesses in our great city.

The jewellery is beautiful, however way overpriced. There is one man that just is an employee funny looking with glasses he is running the company but little does the owner know, he will never grow successfully if he is still there. They cannot keep staff employed for more than 2 months. They let them go as soon as their probation period is due. The worst unorganized system training I’ve seen to many unnecessary steps. There is another person there that has been only employee for 7 months she is evil, any new employee she feels threatened and will make sure she makes your life miserable so you either quit or get terminated. The sad part is the owner is the nicest person and has no clue about what type of circus of employees are running his business.
