Well, I have no idea how to start this... Let me say the level of retail experience this store has to offer and level of professional service they offer is something you will not find on this planet of ours called earth!!!! Massive friendly attittute delivered by 2 of their employees was something I did not see since 2015 here in Canada anywhere!!! Lovely 2 ladies, respecting their customer to the fullest!!!We were there to learn how it is to pick up one of their custom made products for Kinga C. and her husband Jack C. registered customers in Mont Blanc global system as Bespoke NIB MB133605. I was shocked by the involvement of the store manager and her assistant manager... Amazing company, amzing people and amazing expirience!!!!Thank You:Heidi. and Marina L.You guys are the future of Mont Blanc!!!! Thank You....

I have been visiting this location since 2003. At present, I honestly feel under the leadership of Heidi and her staff, this is an outstanding Montblanc location! Heidi and Daisy have made any visit to the boutique a memorable experience. The staff at the boutique provided a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters learning more about the brand and getting more acquainted with all their product offerings, especially their wonderful writing instruments. At no point have I ever felt pressured to buy anything, but I have to say every purchasing experience has been one where I felt confident and happy with my decision. Thank you Heidi and team for being wonderful brand ambassadors for Montblanc!

5 stars go to this boutique, specifically 2 of their staff, Heidi and Marina. I'd give 0 stars to the online shopping experience and the product they allowed to be shipped as a Montblanc pen...but that's a separate review.My husband and I were enjoying a downtown shopping expedition, and I specifically wanted to come in to scout a specific series of pen, their Unicef collection. Over the years, I had seen and really liked this design, and I wanted to know what still might be available.Once we came in and I stated what our business was, we were gracefully seated and offered some water and/or espresso. We both appreciated the cup of coffee (and the bottle of water I also accepted as we would be resuming our shopping trip afterwards.) Heidi began to search, and started Marina on assisting as well. It took a while to locate the product info and then research availability, but they eventually came up with a grand total of 7 Unicef series pens (I believe most of which were the same model, the Meisterstuck UNICEF doue classique fountain pen.) It was an appealing choice, as I liked the combination doue mechanism, the size of the pen, and the aesthetics of the design, including the sapphire embedded in the cap. I have never owned a MB pen before and Heidi was very happy to answer all my questions, and point out and explain so many facets to me.The boutiques used to be able to keep their stock on hand, but recently the company has changed so that they have to return their stock after a certain amount of time back to centralized storage. I imagine this is to fuel online sales, which certainly makes sense from a purely business perspective. What that means to the customer, however, is that the boutique loses control of what they are selling you. You are not able to pick up the pen from the boutique you ordered through, it can only be shipped directly to you.Unfortunately for me, and the boutique, what I received was a sad representation of what this pen should be. I paid full retail price to ensure I wasn't dealing with any nonsense from a private seller or even a third party retailer - but I received a scuffed and deeply scratched specimen, and not even in the proper, original box. I could tell as soon as I opened the delivery package, when I looked at the little box it came in, that the product tag sticker had been removed and re-placed on this small box. Yes, it was a Unicef box, but nothing like the full-size case it's supposed to come out of production in. When I removed the cap to inspect it, I couldn't believe how damaged the neck was. Yes, scuffs are very easy to make on these resin pens, but there was one deep groove in particular that was simply unacceptable - as it should have been to them as a proud brand that capitalizes on its reputation as a peak product in luxury goods. Shame, shame, shame! (picture the walk and the bell ringing LOL.)Needless to say, I contacted the company per their return instructions. What happened next? The boutique had to clean up their mess! Over the course of several weeks, Heidi and Marina worked hard to sort things out so that I could be provided a replacement - this time, for pickup at the store. Also, since the nib size was not the same, they insisted they be able to keep the damaged one with them so that I could have the nibs exchanged immediately. I also had to be treated as an exception in the meantime to have payment reversed while I waited on this complicated exchange.Finally, the replacement arrived, the boutique checked its packaging and condition, and advised I could come in for the new one. In spite of all the nonsense of a used pen sent in a used little box, I couldn't help feel excited to experience what I should have in the beginning. I don't know if someone at MB thinks a first time customer doesn't know any better and they can just get away with selling sloppy seconds, or if they're that careless and ignorant of their own product when they fill online orders. I bought many of there products . Watchs belts pen and bags over the yrs . First time at that store .not sure if I will buy anymore products from them .worst service I ever had by a Manger .she was so rude to me .sad

The service here is amazing! I called in earlier today about an engraving for a pencil and Marina promised that I could get it back on the same day. I’m super picky and she took the time to show me the different fonts and placements of the font. She was such a great help and will definitely be back in the future. Marina is the best! 5+++ stars

Absolute pleasure. Perfect service and conversation. Marina especially, who helped me, went over and beyond. I am also going to write a letter to the head office. I’ve been to MB locations all over the world and the service I got from marina in Toronto was among the best. Would 100% revisit this place and recommend.
