They are pretty much exactly as you would need them to be at every step of the way, providing a very nice low pressure environment. Nothing feels insincere; they are very respectful and accommodating, making the entire process easier and less stressful despite the difficult circumstances. The facilities are nice and clean, nicely air-conditioned with good seating, making it a good place to feel comfortable when dealing with terrible things.
