Requested a sample of postcard in matte before confirming a large order. Over email they confirmed: "We need a file in PDF format with bleed and crop marks. we can create a sample for today's viewing. Additional Sample charges will be $20+hst. Please send a file and confirm the sampling."
Email was unclear and I concluded first sample is free and additional samples will cost $20. I arrive to print shop and 1) they printed in glossy because their printer was not able to print in matte properly 2) they charged me $20. If they were unable to print our design in matte this should have been expressed over email before I made the trip to the shop. Even more disappointed to have paid $20 for a glossy print that I did not request. This would otherwise cost ~$1/card in bulk. I ended up paying the $20/2 sample cards after a very awkward interaction only because they are a small business. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and service! Will not be returning.

The owner was very condescending and disrespectful. He was charging 40$ for 8 small poster prints. When I asked to see how he would place the pictures on the paper, he scuffed and wanted to charge me 15$ for a piece of paper instead of showing me how it could look on his computer screen.

My experience with the printing service was extremely poor, and the price was rip-off. I would not recommend anyone to use that service. I found the staff to be very rude. That is why I do not give it a star. There is a very good printer service at the college.

So I actually went to this print shop after reading all the positive reviews, I wanted some really good quality business cards for my business and also brought a sample for them, then the owner showed me some of their samples which was better quality than mine and promised that it will be that quality or better than that. I paid more than $100 for only 150 business cards as I thought the quality would be nice, but when I picked up the card it was way thinner even than the original one. More like the vistaprint quality. And I did point out to the owner and he said nothing he can do as it’s already printed. I felt that I did not get what they promised and the quality was not good at all. I wasted $100 for some low quality cards.

I have to give credit for when credit is due. Rizwan did an amazing job for a portfolio I needed for an interview. It took him less than a day but he executed accordingly. My portfolio came out pristine. On top of this, he was very patient and gave recommendations for what best suited my needs. 10/5 stars

I did a job for them and they never paid. The owner Hussein even came to site with me and helped and still they never paid. Definitely would not trust these guys.

I found this printing shop through google view. The location of the printing agency is very close to the service ontraio of the 777 building(only 2 minutes walk), but there is no advertisement on the street. The service is great. There is someting wrong with my USB, and the computer can't read, but the owner patiently taught me how to fix it, and finally printed out the materials perfectly without charging any extra fees. The printing price is reasonable.

I came to get a print out for my police check for my upcoming placements and the owner was so kind a gave it for free, saying it is only a single paper. The owner was so kind not to mention how quick it was to print it. Thank you so much!

Hussein is the best! I had a large event that needed a ton of printing needs including stickers, posters, and vinyl. Hussein treated it as if it were his own project and helped with every step of the way. He went above and beyond for my event and I couldn't have done it without him.
