Pandemonium is one of the best places in Toronto to buy new and used records from bands from all over the world and Canada. You can find your favourite band, and they even have a small selection of Latin and Brazilian music, including salsa and tango. There are also a variety of CDs and books. The place is nice and the service is excellent.

Treasure trove of used books and music. After 17 years, I finally bought Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows from Pandemonium. Mint condition.

The worst part of shopping here is not wanting to leave. Great selection of vinyl and books. I imagine you could spend a lifetime here and still find new and exciting things. Will definitely be back.

Great selection of new and used records. Store is overflowing with merchandise, but is generally well organized and easy to find what you're looking for. They also give a fair value if you're selling books/records or trading in for store credit.

It is surprisingly difficult to find academic and journalistic books on capitalism, globalization and world history that aren’t just the same old retreads of the NYT best seller list from 10-20 years ago. Having spent way too much time in other used bookstores passively looking for certain authors and titles to no avail, I was pleasantly surprised to quickly find a couple obscure titles from a couple of these authors, books which I hadn’t even heard of! If you are a researcher or academic looking for out of print titles in Toronto, this would probably be your best bet.
