Aaliyah has terrible customer service skills. Asked her how I can return my charm as it’s turned bronze in a month and she was dismissive. Squinting her eyes like she couldn’t see it’s turned bronze and claimed it’s because I’m wearing other bracelets with it. I have multiple pandora bracelets and charms and they’ve never tarnished in a month. I’m not sure if she was having an off day but if you’re that miserable then get another job. A huge part of your job is customer service and you lose customers with that attitude.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Pandora location. I came in hoping to exchange a ring for a different size, and I was denied a size exchange due to minor scratching, despite the ring being recently purchased and barely worn. I understand store policies, the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional.
The manager took the ring without greeting or explanation and proceeded to examine it while sneering with her associate, instead of communicating with us directly. Her passive-aggressive demeanor and refusal to communicate directly made the experience unprofessional and uncomfortable. Very much “mean girl” energy. As a manager, you should be able to communicate clearly and respectfully on behalf of your staff instead of passing along messages without addressing the customer.
The entire interaction was uncomfortable and degrading. After reading other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing management issue rather than an isolated experience. Customer service goes beyond policy, it’s about how you treat people. This experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning.
Save yourself the time and head down to Shops at Don Mills, they are absolute sweethearts!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pandora regarding a ring I just purchased. Shortly after buying it, I returned to have the ring downsized, only to be told that they would not change the size. The reason given was that the ring was supposedly scratched — something I strongly disagree with, as the ring had barely been worn.
Despite explaining this, the staff refused to help and insisted that resizing was no longer an option. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was left with the same ring in the same size that does not fit me, essentially making the purchase pointless. No alternative solution, exchange, or meaningful assistance was offered.
For a brand like Pandora, I expected flexibility, fairness, and customer care — especially for a recent purchase. Instead, I felt blamed, dismissed, and stuck with a ring I cannot wear. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand, and I would not recommend purchasing rings here unless you are absolutely certain of your size.

I came to exchange the ring due to sizing. The first exchange process was fast, and there were no problems. Then, later, they called saying that they had given me the wrong item. I went back home to it. When I arrived, they said they had called for Charm, so they had called the wrong person. They did not even check the person's name and did not double check before wasting someone’s time. They apologized, but this experience shows they lack an employee education system.

Jose is the best ever sales associate that I’ve come across amongst all Pandora stores in Toronto! I was looking for a chain for myself and he gave me professional advice. He’s experienced, patient, and not pushy at all! I put a few items via online store and was planning on purchasing it via Rakutan with cash back. Given the high-quality service, I decided to purchase in-store to give him some credit. He’s so professional, and mentioned the return policy as well. His service made me feel like I was in a high-end jewelry store. So impressed!!!

I've been using Pandora products for over 20 years and have bought from Pandora stores all over the world, but this store has the best service, especially Lisa's. She's incredibly helpful, beautiful, and hardworking; I love her.

Each time i’ve been here, the staff and atmosphere has been amazing. Valerie and Mina were super kind and supportive to me during my time shopping here, and there definitely weren’t any mean girl energy here in comparison to other pandora locations around Toronto… The inventory here is also pretty abundant which is refreshing to see. I definitely recommend coming to this Pandora location.

My mother, daughter and I were so pleased by the service we received by the staff at Pandora Fairview Mall. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and you could tell that they are proud to be working for this company. We will be back. 🌟

I love pandora and it’s jewelry but the sole reason I’m giving a bad review is for their staff. I’d give negative stars if I can because they need to hire better people who can greet customers and smile at them rather than giving them weird looks and being absolutely rude! The sales lead Aaliyah at this location is the worst, I went to get my bracelet cleaned and she gave me such a stern look as if I did something wrong?! Didn’t even bother to greet me, nothing. After cleaning my bracelet, she gave my bracelet back and I said thank you and wished her a good day, but she didn’t even respond and continued giving me dirty looks like How rude?! I don’t know how she got the title of being the sales lead because I would never purchase from her or give her any credit/good review!
