I had a really good experience here! My cat has long hair and is really scared of water, but they were very gentle and patient with her during the grooming. After the appointment, her fur became super smooth, soft, and clean. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend this place.

Great experience withs PawsNatural store. Was looking for a Ruffwear leash which I couldn’t anywhere. I placed an order on their website and the order arrived fairly quick (1-2 week) even though it was a pre-order item. Will highly recommend to visit the store for various pet items!
