Being one of the few left in the city, this penguin pickup location has the greatest staff. They are friendly, efficient, and I always feel secure knowing my packages are stored there.

This is my FAVOURITE penguin pickup in the city. The most helpful humans on earth and the kindest!!!! I am so thankful for them making my experience easy every time I come. The staff go above and beyond. 5/5 stars!

Updating my review as they moved to a new space since my original review. The new space is much easier to get into, and there is plenty of parking. As with my previous review, the staff are always nice and friendly.
Nothing special, just a small warehouse for you to pick up things you've ordered. The staircase can be a little tight, as can the entryway if there is anyone there loading/unloading a vehicle. Staff have always been friendly any time I've been here.

All Penguin stores are closed. Misleading. Remove from Google and all other websites. Company looks like it went bankrupt.

Love this place. It’s a bit out of the way for us but well worth it. Super friendly and helpful people there - have always had great interactions. We use it primarily for drop-offs / returns, and have always been pleased.

Most helpful set of people working there! They did their best to help me resolve my issue with a return package due to Canada post delay. I go there instead of other places just due to the kindness and the service I always receive :)

Was trying to pick up my passport from here and happened to be in an unfortunate circumstance as I just lost my wallet along with my photo IDs and was in the process of obtaining new ones. According to the Canada Post website there are alternative ID combinations that can be provided in order to verify your address and identity and so I went prepared. The guy at the counter kept refusing to assist saying they need ID without understanding my situation. I explained I have a sufficient ID combination (including a birth certificate). He went to the back and someone else refused to help as well despite me holding up the Canada Post website outlining these ID options (including a birth certificate). They also offered no assistance in offering me any solutions, so I asked what I was supposed to do in the meantime. The guy told me to call Canada Post to pick it back up and deliver it to me again (?) So I call Canada Post and they say this is not an option and that the ID I did have is more than sufficient. They recommended I just put an authorized party that lives at the same address on the delivery notice card to avoid more issues. An option Penguin didn’t even bother to mention. Considering my scenario and the fact this was my passport, I didn’t appreciate the stress. Hope nothing else of mine gets dropped off here, IDs in hand or not.
