This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!

Very friendly staffs. I think one of them (her name is Vendetta?) is new because she keeps on knocking off products from the shelf and is a bit more clumsy and playful, but I will let that slide. 100% would come back again.

We came regularly for pets supplies and the service of self dog washes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The self dog wash area is well maintained, everything is provided and complimentary treats!

The store closes at 9:30 PM, but the self dog wash actually closes at 7:30 PM. I called to ask and the staff told me it’s because they need time for deep cleaning. For 2 hours? This is very inconvenient and misleading—if the store is open until 9:30, customers should still be able to use the services until then. It would be helpful if this was made clearer on the website or signage.

Great selection of cat toys, food and kitty litter. Only store in the area where I can find tofu kitty litter other than ordering online. Employees are friendly and love that they often feature rescue cats from Team cat rescue for adoption, adopt don’t shop!
