It’s August 1st, I went to get cat litter. I go to the cashier, he scans it and he says his system is frozen. It’s 15 mins left till closing my cat needs the litter. He says he can take cash. So I have to spend 4 dollars to get a 20 when the litter is 18. He charges me full price for the litter, how are you ringing this in if your system is frozen. Then all of a sudden, after I got my cash out and paid the 4$ surcharge, his system is back on. On top of all that he’s laughing, I’m not saying he’s pocketing anything, it’s just shady.

Well stocked for a small store
Had such a great experience dealing with the lovely sales associates
Stopped by to get a surgical collar for my dog and was impressed with the selection, what made my time there outstanding were the staff, I didn't catch any names but THANK YOU!!

I jwashed my dog there and left my blue and black washing mit that I brought with me, My daughter was with me she saw it. But I left it there accidentally and I Called them. To let them know, I left it there and I would be back to pick it up later today. The girl who answered insisted that the mitt that was there belonged to pet value. I argued with her and Asked her if it was wet she said yes. I told her it was because it's mine. She said no, it belongs to us. It is going to cost me 30 dollars to replace it.

My usual purchase was out of stock and when I asked about it, I received some of the best service ever. Without hesitation, Ashley asked if I’d be willing to go to another store, checked on stock and even called the store to hold it for me. I was very impressed with her. She’s a huge asset to this business!
