Operational hours are convenient. Plus, they have good apparel for dogs ? ? lol. I always get compliments, and most are shocked it's from Pet valu.
ONLY place that sells my picky dogs treats. Lol

The washing stations are the best, they have everything I need. I give 5 stars, but my dog gives 0 because of how bad my betrayal was and cause now she is clean and that goes against everything she believes in.

I was overcharged and called the support line and they told me to visit the store. I go to the store and the staff says to come when the manager is in. What the heck? Why do they make customers run around.Edit: the owner called back and settled the issue within a day.

Just visited the store a few minutes ago looking for wipes that could be used to clean around my Persian cat's eyes ( flatter faced Persian's eyes are prone to tear duct issues and as a consequence need their eyes cleaned regularly.,). They didn't have any. However, that wasn't where I take issue. The gentleman who helped me was new and although polite and friendly, he didn't really know all the products carried by the store. That was okay since everyone has to learn layouts and product items. What bothered me was lack of knowledge about animals/pets in general. He recommended the grooming wipes. I had to explain to him that these could not be used to clean in the corner of a pet's eye since these were not made for this purpose and could actually cause infection. I've noticed a trend over the last year in this store that the new hires know nothing about dog/cat/bird etc. needs and even less about the products they're selling. Given each of them owns a smartphone, I wouldn't think it would be that difficult to learn.

My sheepdog Stevie and I love visiting this pet store...the staff are always friendly and helpful and never get tired of Stevie asking for treats.

I have lived in the area thru 2 dogs now, and for all that time I have been grateful to pet value and it’s professional staff!! They are always so welcoming, kind and patient!! The staff knows their products and understands animals and their needs!!The staff at this Pet Value also understands how we animal owners get anxious when we want the best products and answers for our pets needs. They truly give wonderful service in the most pleasant way!!!Rhonda

Would give zero stars. Have been shopping here for momths for my dog and qualified for a free bag. We never recieved said bag and when asked to speak to a manager about this I was argued with and told they cant tell me when one will be availablea. Additionally, there was no effort to take my name and number. Unprofessional doesnt begin to describe my experience with this staff.

My dog and I love going to this pet store, the staff are great, always helpful and friendly and they never get tired of my very large sheepdog Stevie asking for cookies. If we don't go in at least once a day, it's not a good day for Stevie!
