I had such an amazing experience at Pet Valu today. I was assisted by their representative, David, who helped me choose the right gift—a customized dog tag—for my friend’s dog. He assisted me with the engraving, explained the entire process clearly, and ensured everything went smoothly. Later, he beautifully packed the gift for me and even included a complimentary treat for the dog. This experience truly made my day. Thank you, David!

I found the perfect outfit for my grandson's kittens. My grandson turned 10 years old on November 21st. His kittens celebrated it with the appropriate attire for a birthday party.

My dog of course loves pet value as every time he walks in they are all happy to see him and he gets a little treat. He’s 18 years old and doesn’t have the will to walk far to anywhere but the pet value and then he holds me up by putting on the brakes when it’s time to leave.
We go here at least once a week and I use you buy a can or two of his favourite dog food at a time or I look for what’s on sale. I’m always greeted when I walk in and there is good customer service. They will take returns if your dog won’t eat what you bought and you have the bill but of course I never keep the bills . It’s perhaps a little bit more expensive than other places but they do carry good quality food and we do provide very good customer service.

Adam has a lot of knowledge about cat food. I asked him a question and he took the time to explain things in detail, which was really helpful. You can tell he cares and knows what he’s talking about.
