Big thank you to the staff members at this location. I popped in on my way home with my dog and her paw randomly started bleeding when we were checking out (I think from the salt outside on sidewalks as we walked quite a few blocks after our trip to the beach). The staff were incredibly helpful in lending my dog and I help to make sure she was okay and gave her a spare boot to wear home to protect her paw. I will definitely remember her winter boots next time.

Pet friendly people who do not cling to the customer, trying to make a sale. The stoe is equipped with area for grooming your pet, and they even have two wonderful pet groomers who can groom your pet friend for you at a reasonable price. Our dog loved the visit, and we were really happy with the service.

Friendly stuff but be careful at the door. It trapped multiple dog's paws!! They need to fix it before someone get seriously injured!!

$23+ Tax for around 10-15 minutes of fun is disappointing. It's very shocking to hear you have no guarantee on toys like PetSmart, Rens or Amazon.
I'll take this as a lesson to no longer buy anything outside of food here.
Update: Called the number as advised, put on a long hold and customer service hung up on me.

I had purchased cat food 3 days ago and I came in today to exchange two flavors with the same brand because my cat doesn't like them. There is a promotion that is running through December 15 for the brand that I bought but I was told that I have to pay for the difference... I'm confused and disappointed. Sorry to say that I will not be shopping at Pet Valu again.

ALMOST always has what I'm looking for. Staff are awesome helpers, minus one young lady with long hair and a rest b÷€%%F#@=. Attempts to make a person feel a type of way because their pet just happen to steal a little treat that they keep at just the right height for even little dogs to reach an eat.
Well, I've yet to speak to her to give her a piece of my mind. But then again, after all my years of experience with specific PWP, you just can't fix stupid. So that said, SHE knows who she is, and also her co-workers to as they knew whom I was speaking about instantly. That really says another about what type of person she really is right there. So need I say more. Nah, I think not. I'm good now, actually, and have always been. Wish or double she can say the same. Especially now knowing what people REALLY think of her. Thankfully, though, I'm not the one that has to work with her and her miserable attitude and obvious fakeness. Especially knowing now just what type of person & character she is and has.
Frankly I'd rethink her employment further an put her back on a month to 6 month long trial bases to prove herself worthy to work with the clients you strive to gain and maintain. She's definitely a liability moving forward I'd think twice.....

Reese was so helpful today, I was fitting my puppy for a jacket and he kept her busy while I tried them on her, you can see he really loves dogs, if you need pet supplies I highly recommend
