Had an amazing experienced when we bought goldfish. We had confusion to our purchased fish but Victoria who assisted us was so kind and patiently help us with smile. I didn’t see any bad reaction from her and even helped us about their policy on live fish.

Amazing experience staff are very friendly and helpful bought a entire fish set with the betta fish was cheap prices have selections of betta fish and other fish finding items is very easy with the workers helping.

Today I came to the store to buy cat litter. I was walking by the aisle and saw a cart with a bunch of dog food. Abandoned. Nobody was there. I looked around. I decided to use it since I needed to carry an 18kg cat litter box. By the time I time that I reached to the cash register to pay, one representative started speaking to me in front of everyone , asking me where I put the dog foods, and that “next time don’t take peoples ’ cart”.
The cart belonged to nobody. It’s not nice to tell someone to walk around with an 18kg cat litter box and not use an abandoned cart, and yet defend someone else who ended up being irresponsible of that cart.
Never shopping here again.

Dead fish on almost every aquarium. It was extremely sad to see how the fish is kept in pretty bad conditions. Live fish swimming along with corpses of fish that evidently have died more than a day or two or three ago.

I was excited to bring my puppy in for her first training session, which I signed up for a few days ago when I received a notice about a promotion for a 6 week training class. The session was supposed to start at 6. I arrived early, so was told to wait. There was no where to wait. The area where the training was to take place was filled with product and would not have been suitable for any kind of training unless it was cleared. There was no sign of that happening. At 6 there was still no sign of anyone or anything happening. Eventually another family arrived and we were told that the class had been changed due to small enrolment. I had not received any notification, nor had they. The employee went to get the manager and then was heading out for a break. When I asked again, what was happening, she rudely told me she needed a break! Give me a break! The manager eventually came, and was polite and took my name and my pups name. She came back and said she did not have the paperwork. I was confused. In any case, by this time, it was almost 6:30, so even if I found a confirmation email, the class had not even begun and there was no teacher. I was so fed-up, I left. At home, I searched for a record of the transaction and couldn't find it. I did sign up. I described about my pup and what I hoped to get out of the classes. If I somehow, did not finalize the transaction, that certainly was my mistake. However, at this point, seeing how disorganized the whole thing was, I am relieved that I will not be a part of it and will be looking to do training elsewhere.

I have brought my dog Rambo to the groomer Vicky since he was a puppy. She is always very patient and treats Rambo like her own dog. Her skill is amazing, Rambo always look so cute and happy afterwards. Everyone in this salon is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The associates are all wonderful and it’s a nice store. Used to have no issues with the grooming, but the last visit was bad. I always say do not cut my dogs nails, every visit I remind them. Last appointment, not only did the groomer butcher his nails and go super short, she got one down to the quick. I noticed him licking it when I got home, and it was still bleeding. I called to complain, didn’t hear anything back. He would have cried from a nick like that, appalled they didn’t even have the decency to let me know it happened so I could have purchase the nail powder before leaving 😤

Went in on Monday to buy specialty cat food for my cat who recently got a UTI. The cashier Victoria was super helpful and even showed me which bag of food I should buy. When I went to cash out with her she also suggested additional things I could do to keep him healthy. She was such a sweetheart and made the experience so easy!

Very disappointed in my dog’s bath and brush with “furminator.” They said it would be 3-3.5 hours, had him for 2.5 hours and he looked the same when he came out. I could’ve done this at home tbh. Had to brush out all his hair (more to brush after the photo). Was suppose to reduce shedding up to 90%. His belly doesn’t look washed properly. His paws hair isn’t trimmed, his rear hair is all tangled.
I should’ve went to my local groomer.

Smaller location, limited live animals.
This used to be an excellent location for customer service. Things have quickly changed.
I went to buy some fish. No staff anywhere. I found someone stocking shelves and when I asked her for help she said no. Her job is to stock. She didn't offer to page anyone. I wandered around the store and asked the cashier if there was anyone to help me in fish.
He told me someone just went
there.
I went back to the fish area. I did see someone with an empty plastic fish bag, i assumed she was helping the family that was there. But, she walked away.
I walked away, too.
Doubtful ill return.

Incredible grooming service from Soodeh who was very kind and gentle with my dog Benji. I was able to book a last minute appointment for the same day and was greeted by friendly staff. Soodeh not only was personable but did a lovely job with Benji’s haircut which become so cute and was an even cut (there weren’t any parts that seemed to be missed or cut too short etc.). Even the cashier checking us out was friendly and for this amazing service I had to leave a review!

I took my dog there today for the first time for grooming. Usually I go to stockyards location which I love. This place is dirty. All of the stations were full of dog hair. I know some dogs get shaved but please clean the station after you are done!!!! It will take u 2 min to sweep around you!!! Even the small area by the counter where you stand when dropping off the pets had hair. Come on people!!! If the front is like that, o do t even want to imagine the back of the store.
