They show you some information when signing up for their insurance, right after you're signed up, they give you very detailed terms about their benefits which would render them not useful anymore for you. If you would have seen these terms you wouldn't have signed up for their insurance in the first place. This is a scam.

Very easy to navigate. Policy offers everything I was looking for in a Health & Dental Insurance policy. Coverage was automatic without completing a questionaire before acceptance. And I actually got to speak with a real person instead of a machine. Will post experience when I have a claim to file.

The sheer number of emails I receive from PolicyMe throughout this process had me second guessing if this was the right company to go with. They automated emails are redundant and almost daily.

Very easy process to go through the questions online, review our policies, set up nurse visits (which they pay for and the nurse comes to your house), and start coverage.
While it's great that customer service is available, both my husband and I received at least a daily email from PolicyMe for weeks. Which considering for part of that time my husband's policy wasn't even approved, and that the approvals don't expire for 3 months, it seemed a bit much. We actually had to email our rep and ask them to please cool it on the emails.
I was also a bit confused about the nurse visit and how that affected our premiums. I'm pregnant and was told that had been "taken into account" despite my premium going up due to my size (which is obviously different at 32 weeks pregnant). My husband also had an extremely abnormally high number on one of his test results, yet his premiums went down. It would have been nice to get a bit more clarity on exactly how the tests affected our premiums.
Overall though, I'd still recommend PolicyMe as it was an easy process and nice to be able to do everything online/in our own home. Hopefully we never have to make a claim, but seems like the process would be straight forward. My only suggestions to the PolicyMe team would be fewer emails & more transparency with how testing impacts premiums.

They asked for information unrelated to any requirements by insurance companies. I asked why they needed it 3 times and wasn’t satisfactorily answered. From the ratings I expected better, I was left thoroughly disappointed.

Very straightforward process. Received multiple quotes from insurance compnaies - PolicyMe by far had the easier application/approval process.Ivana was very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to immediately answer my questions.

We recently purchased life insurance through Policyme on the recommendation of our mortgage broker, Ratehub (there was also a discount for going with Policyme with a Ratehub mortgage!).I worked with Ivana Govedarica who was amazing to deal with. Always prompt and patient with my endless questions right up until we signed the documents. Highly recommend Policyme thus far and working with Ivana!
