Abby Yeap was extremely helpful, patient and cheerful! I ended up screwed over by a different company and called many places to quickly get coverage. Out of the 10 plus places and people I spoke to, Abby was by far the best! She was able to give me the best rate out of everyone and able to make it effective same day. Wow am I lucky to have been connected with her! Definitely recommend working with Abby!!

UPDATE at bottom. I have had 2 employees try to increase the amount of their errors insurance and this simple process took 1 month for the last one and this one is now at 5 wks and we cannot get the document. We had to call and email many times over the course of weeks just to be sent the document and payment link. Then in both cases the updated insurance document was not sent. We called and e-mailed dozens of times and never received a callback or e-mail. I have asked to be connected with a supervisor or support team and was told by the receptionist that it was not possible. We have lost a couple thousand dollars in revenue since this employee cannot work until they have the proper insurance. I will be recommending to the BC Association of Kinesiologists that they switch companies since this seems to be a chronic problem. After leaving this review, I got an email immediately from someone who solved this problem for me, which I really appreciate. I really hope that this company improves their systems and compliance of employees to provide better customer service. If I see that in time, I will change the number of stars on my review.

Unfortunately had to contact Prolink to report an accident and was connected to Michael Engelberg. Michael was very concerned on our behalf first making sure there were no injuries. He was very helpful and taking the time to explain the claim process. As promised he followed up with an email with all the necessary information. Thanks for your help.

Michael Engelberg showed great patience and care when dealing with my parents auto claim. They're seniors and found the entire claims process overwhelming which was causing them a lot of anxiety. Michael from PROLINK was an advocate for them and got the results that they needed with their insurance company. It's great to have a broker like him in our corner!
