This is the most luxurious branch but the worst service. Because I had a family emergency, I needed to wire a large amount of money abroad. The teller I talked to had no authority, so she went to the manager for authorization. The branch was not busy at that time, but the manager did not come over to understand the situation and provide help at all, so the inexperienced teller just rejected my request. Fortunately, in the end, my needs were properly resolved at another branch.

This is the absolute worst RBC and customer service in the entire city. The staff should be embarrassed. The management should be embarrassed. RBC should be absolutely utterly embarrassed. It took me over an hour to get a bank draft yesterday. I actually left without getting it due to the incompetence of the staff working there .I then walked over to CIBC and managed to get one in less than 5 minutes. I will be canceling all of my RBC accounts including my private banking and moving things over to another bank that will obviously have more competence than RBC. RBC do better or five years from now you will have no customers left. I plan on telling my staff of 3,000 people today the entire story and let them make up their own mind if they want to leave your utterly embarrassing company that you have become

The people at the front desk are not very well-trained. I dealt with two ladies, and both seemed clueless about what had happened. They are blaming me for something that went wrong with their system.This is by far the worst RBC branch I have visited.

Complete garbage.You give them 100USD to deposit into their OWN clients account however they eat the currency exchange .This will be reported.

This location is convenient and the people are well intentioned but RBC systems can’t handle basic needs of their customers.I tried to get a credit card for my Business for 3-4 months and was unsuccessful. The application couldn’t be filed electronically and later was not filed even using older systems.The tools account managers have at their disposal is a joke. I watched them just keep filling out the same form with the same information until it worked. It feels like the systems are stuck in the 90s.I applied for an AMEX card and got it in 4 days. Will not be returning to this bank for expanding my services as something is clearly broken.

They have this lady Krishna Bhargavi Ravi Kumar.She is a con artist, and a bully!!!Try going into a different branch or avoid her at any cost.Nothing against the branch…. She is just a horrible person.

I was here today asking for a fund proof letter. The staff showed me a sample and said that was all he could do for me. He seemed very impatient and unprofessional. Because I got a letter from another branch months ago, I knew the letter should be more specific. After I showed him the letter I got. The staff kept questioning me about where I got the letter. He asked me to email the letter to him instead of checking the template in internal system. He kept saying “do you understand what I mean” “ do you get my point” in an unfriendly way to emphasize that it was not his responsibility to get the exact same letter. Gradually the situation turned to be intimidating so I chose to leave without getting anything. I will never go to this branch for any business because of this very terrible experience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Ayush Mukhi, an insurance agent at RBC Insurance. I had issues with unnecessary payments, failed communication, and rude behavior when I asked questions.Firstly, I was charged for an extra month's premium despite my policy renewal being on 15 May every year while I paid first and last upon Insurace purchase last year, and this was not disclosed or explained to me. When I reached out to Ayush Mukhi for clarification, he mentioned that the renewal was done by the Ontario government by law and they did not require my consent. However, I was not satisfied with this explanation as my previous brokerage always sought my consent before renewing my policy.Furthermore, Ayush Mukhi was unhelpful and dismissive when I sought further clarification. He was rude and hung up the call on me, and subsequent attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by Ayush Mukhi. As a customer, I expect clear communication, transparency, and respectful behavior from insurance agents. Unfortunately, my experience with Ayush Mukhi fell short of these expectations.I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration by RBC Insurance to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.Please note that this review is based solely on my personal experience with Ayush Mukhi and does not reflect the overall performance of RBC Insurance as a company.Thank you

Been here three times. Truly the worst banking experience you can possibly have. I never give google reviews, but if it prevents anyone from opening an account here, getting serviced here, it's worth leaving one. I have had three terrible experiences, all of which I've had to go to another branch after to fix (unfortunately they are my home branch so I don't have a choice for some services). Wellington branch is great, along with some other ones if you need one relatively close by.

Given the current climate with high interest and mortgage defaults, my mortgage payment was processed incorrectly and the manager was not comfortable to speak with me when a team member made an error. A very unpleasant experience with this branch. Be careful when you make prepayments to your mortgage at this branch. Thankfully not my home branch.

Good morning RBC Team,On behalf of my father, I would like to send a huge compliment and praise to one of your employees who helped me out today. Janice Li spent some time to help me and my family tie up some loose ends here while I transitioned my move from Canada back to Vietnam to retire peacefully. The last few weeks have been particularly stressful as I am not aware of the policies and procedures of transferring funds from Canada to Vietnam. My banking institution in VN was giving me an extremely difficult time in accessing my hard earned life savings. They even threatened to hold the money and retain it permanently. As you can imagine my stress levels just rose through the roof. My children back in Canada have tried several times to get RBC to simply draft a letter to certify and state that my account had come to a large sum of money from the sale of my home, and explain that the funds are cleared and the money is legal. This way, the bank in VN can accept and release the funds into my account over there. However, RBC has been giving my daughters a very hard time and would not assist them in drafting a letter on my behalf (granted, I understand they are not listed on my account, but they were not able to even ask RBC to help send a note to the VN bank (fax number provided, and any fees that incurred would be paid by my family). We have been so stressed and worried, but today, Miss Li was so kind and helpful enough to assist me (all the way from Vietnam). She was able to verify my account, my ID, my funds, EVERYTHING, and help us get the letter to clear things over in VN. We really appreciate Miss Li's time, efforts, and superior client service skills. She really went above and beyond, and helped my family our a great deal. Also to note the time zone difference too. Miss Janice Li is a true example of RBC's high standards of helping their clients, go above and beyond. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Miss Li help me and my family out today. THANK YOU SO MUCH RBC and JANICE!

This is the branch that I refer to very often and I’ve always had pleasant experience. The bank manager and all team that I have worked with them to date, are very friendly and professional. I thought to write here and thank them for the great job! Please keep it up :)
