I put money in 2 dryer machines. The top two to the left. After paying both I repeatedly had to click the start button to keep them going. The one furthest to left I noticed was no heat after 15 minutes so I had to move all the clothes to a different machine all the way to the right top side losing the money I put in first machine which I would like reimbursed Thank you but No Thank you

went here for the first time to wash bed sheets, washing machine worked fine, but dried for 50mins on high and they were still wet :(

DO NOT GO HERE. Fix your damn machines, none of them work. Owner gets frustrated when you want a refund for paying for machines that don’t work??? What a joke.
Just read the reviews, there hasn’t been a positive review in over a year. All the positive reviews are probably fake.

The drying machines are either out of order or dry your clothes sooooo slowly. Took over twice as long to dry as another laundromat in the area with the exact same model of dryer

Dryers not working, they keep stopping and are cold when you ask for high temperature.

This place currently has 7 machines that are out of order. Of the 6 washing machines that work, one will inexplicably take 35-45 minutes longer than identical machines, and will always wash on hot regardless of what you set it to. Of the dryers that aren’t out of order, it’s anyone’s guess which ones will work and which ones will give you repeated error messages for adding anything more than a few pairs of socks and a t-shirt. Prices are often increasing. Currently $4 for double, $5.50 for triple, and $7 for jumbo loaders (of which there are 2). Management will likely ignore your call after 2 rings if you try reach out for help. Might be a good idea to go elsewhere.

The prices went up almost double, and I wasted my time/3$ on a dryer that didn't heat up( I had the dial on hot). The place is clean and quite busy, but some management attention would be appreciated. I'm not the only one that day who wasted their money, another customer lost money in the change machine. No one answers the phone number given. It's my emergency only laundry spot and unfortunately, it's the closest to my house. So I travel on the streetcar to get laundry done at my regular place which is slightly cheaper and everything works! Also, it's open 24h/7

Washers here are not washing clothes properly but running fine. But most of the dryers are broken you have to 3-4 different dryers to dry one load of clothes. I put 50 cents the dryer and it did not work and I did not even get my coins back. This happened twice with two different dryers. Also they stop in the middle of the cycle every now and then. Not a single dryer is working properly here!!
Usually there’s nobody to help with anything and the management telephone number they provide doesn’t get answered at all.
Highly disappointed! I’m gonna consider some other location.

the coin machine took my $2 and didn’t give me any coins or the $2 back, now i have to figure out how to pay for laundry

Avoid this place at all cost I usually go to Budget Coin Laundry which has mich better facilities with equipmentthat works! Don't come here! Washer jammed and ate $5.50... I ran two different dryers for almost two hours and I still had to add time to get a single load dry!

A washer ate my money as it did not turn on when I started it up, but the owner came and compensated me for it.
I am grateful for that!
Also a clean place compared to most I have seen in this area.
