I used to come here to print my documents when I lived on Parliament Street, and it seemed like a good option since I had to deliver some documents to my country's Consulate, which is very close. Not only do they tell me they won't print documents from a flash drive or by mail, but now they only print one sheet of paper at a time. I think it's disrespectful to customers when this is supposedly a place for printing. Furthermore, the person who helped me laughed when I was in a hurry to deliver the documents since the Consulate was closing early. Since they've wasted my time, I'm going to pay them back in kind. Go to L3 Digital Print and Copy. They print documents from a flash drive as well as by mailing them, and the prices are very affordable. In my case, about 40 black-and-white sheets cost me only $16. The next time you mistreat a customer, remember that person might be a journalist who doesn't mince words.

Printed and bound a document with the pages in the wrong order, and somehow found a way to blame me for the error. Refused to provide a refund and insisted on charging full prince to re-do. I recommend going anywhere else and would not waste my time printing here, they’re unreasonable and unprofessional.

This place charges minimum $10 for printing and do not take walk-in during the weekend. Of course they do not disclose this information.

I needed last minute business cards and Reflex prints was able to have them ready for me within 2 hours at most, If not less. They are quick and professional. I’m not sure why so many people in the reviews are saying he is rude/ had bad encounters. He was extremely helpful and very kind and his prices are more than fair. Great experience, will be bringing all my printing needs and business here from now on!
